Derek Prince always had a way of getting right to the heart of the issues facing us as Christians.  In fact, in many of his teachings, he regularly referenced the passage in Matthew 3:10 that talked about “laying the ax to the root.”  (I think it may have been one of his favorites.)

What could be more of a root problem in our lives than our battle with pride?  That’s exactly the topic covered in this issue of The Teaching Legacy of Derek Prince.  It is the second installment of four, from Derek’s series “Pride vs. Humility.”  In the months ahead, you can look forward to two more segments that will help us deal with the recurring barrier of pride in our lives and our relationships.

Would you like a brief sample of what Derek says to whet your appetite?  One quick, powerful quote:

“But here’s the problem: the proud cannot get into the Kingdom of God.”

As always, what Derek shares is not only insightful, but immensely practical.  All of it is geared to help you grow stronger in your relationship with the Lord.  In that regard, we also want to offer some additional teaching material with this Teaching Legacy letter.  We are glad to offer you, free of charge, a great additional message by Derek called “Down Is Up.” Click here for this month’s full issue of the Teaching Legacy, including a link to a free mp3 download of “Down Is Up.”

Please accept our profound thanks for your partnership with us.  Because of you, we are able to make Derek’s life-changing materials available to you and others all around the world.  Thank you again for standing with us in prayer and financial support.  We’re grateful to you beyond words.

Now, we hope you enjoy this teaching segment from Derek. It’s a good one.

All the best,
Dick Leggatt
