The Blood of Jesus is Still Washing Away Sins!

It still takes The Blood of Jesus today to wash away all our sins!
Good morning.
All life is still in the blood!
“For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul…” Leviticus 17:11.
Still we know it took the living sacrifice of Jesus Christ in the New Testament to be that propitiation for our sins!
May we begin fairly early with this song.
We see today from scriptures at the end about the precious Blood of Jesus:
We overcome; are purged; cleansed (washed); reconciled; redeemed; made bold; justified; sanctified, etc. all by The Blood of Jesus!
That is not even getting into the powerful subject of ‘taking communion’, today.
We are made worthy by The Blood of the Lamb only!
“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.” Revelation 12:11.
“How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?” Hebrews 9:14.
“But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and The Blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.” 1 John 1:7.
“And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.” Colossians 1:20.
“In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;” Ephesians 1:7.
“Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by The Blood of Jesus,” Hebrews 10:19.
“Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.” Romans 5:9.
“Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:” 1 Peter 1:18-19.
“And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,” Revelation 1:5.
“Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.” Hebrews 13:12.
“The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?” 1 Corinthians 10:16.
“Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.” Acts 20:28.
God bless you all.

Dear Joyce, you hit the nail on the head again!
Linda and I started taking communion daily, at the Lords request, six years ago. It is part of our daily life now and we wouldn’t change it for anything.
I’m so behind with replies, Chris, Sandi, & Jennifer all..
Still I thank you each one for coming by and being such an encouragement!
Each of you I highly esteem, in the Lord as full time warriors in the Kingdom of God. Many blessings to you all ❤️
Dearest Joyce, My husband and I are taking communion more and more often when we pray. What a confirmation, my sister and friend. In His Love, Sandi
Joyce, I love what you have stated that the “Blood” does for us, and oh yes the powerful subject of “Taking Communion.”
It has been over ten years since the Lord spoke about pulling from the church and to wait on Him. However, it was about 7 weeks or so ago I heard Him say “Join others in the community and take communion. It will be good for you in the days ahead.” Yes, we ought to follow His example.
Blessings peace and love to you dear Joyce.
