The Days of Joel
The Days of Joel — 2018, 2020 & 2025
I’ve posted about Joel 2:28-29 several times since 2018, but I feel an Anointing coming upon The Church for this coming season — an Anointing that cannot be denied or delayed, because it is in The LORD’s timing and plans rather than ours!
As I sat one morning, mulling over the thought of Pentecost, I read an old post that came up in my Facebook memories.
As I read it The LORD gave me more to go with it. I copy it to you below.
This Word is specifically for four Churches where we have links, or currently worship, but I’m led to prophesy it also for as many other Churches as will receive it.
I am aware it’s not yet Pentecost, but I feel we need to prepare a little more, so I’m releasing it generally. I hope it challenges and encourages you all as it does me!
This is something I’ve prophesied about for several years but this year is really weighing on my heart.
This year I feel the horses dragging at the traces; straining to be allowed to run. This coming Pentecost, I really do sense, is a very special one.
Many have prophesied that this may be the most important Pentecost since the first one in Acts 2 — certainly it’s the most important one for this season.
Allow me to recap my “Days of Joel” post from 2018:
Days of Joel
“I woke recently with the thought of Pentecost looming large — “Only a week to go!”
Then, once again — second time in two weeks, I was reminded of the words of Joel.
““And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, and your young men shall see visions. Even on the male and female servants in those days I will pour out my Spirit.” Joel 2:28-29.
In the Spirit, I saw a barrel above the platform in a Church. Now, the tap was turned on slowly and water started to fall on the platform.
At it’s fully open setting, there was quite a lot pouring out. Then I saw a hand remove the tap, leaving a fair sized hole in the barrel — and the water just fell out, flooding the platform and falling over into the rest of the auditorium.
I heard The LORD say, “Is this how you want Me to pour out My Spirit upon your Church?”
Before I could answer, He said, “THIS is how I want to pour out My Spirit upon you!”
With that, The LORD showed me the outside of the building. I saw a huge barrel above the building.
Once again, the tap was opened slowly until fully open. Once again a hand removed the tap, leaving the barrel to just pour out its contents all over the building.
It did not stop, nor even slow down while I was watching. Then, I was taken back inside to see a waterfall of the river of God pouring out over the platform, and over the leaders.
I saw the downpour cover the platform and cover the people, all of them, in The Church.
The water rose until it poured out of the building into all the streets around the building.
The flood was still spreading as The LORD said, “If My people in this place, who are called by My Name, will allow Me to pour out My Spirit without measure, then I will heal your land.
More than this, I will give you every place you set your feet and you shall bring Me great glory as I allow My Spirit to work with you.
The price shall be high, but you will see revival.”
This is what I believe The LORD is saying to us today.”

Today I see several Churches, all known to me, where this is their word for Pentecost 2025.
I also see many churches, who don’t know me from Adam, and who haven’t previously experienced an outpouring of My Spirit, where this is their word for Pentecost 2025.
Churches where wells of revival, dug out by previous generations or being newly dug by this generation, are even now welling up ready for an outpouring; ready to burst through that which restrains them now and flood their land with God’s Glory.
Once again, I see the cloud of Shekinah Glory hovering over their land. I see Holy Spirit Fire waiting to fall upon all who wait upon The LORD for Revival.
Yes — this coming Pentecost 2025 is so important.
- It will help define the Remnant Church.
- It will start to separate the wheat from the tares.
- It will divide the existing church down to the marrow as those who reject the move of God will, quite literally, ‘vote with their feet’!
- It will be a heart rending time, but where the Glory of God falls — there will be an awakening revival that will amaze those who join in, and even those who just stand and watch.
- It may start slowly, it may even today be just starting, because this is the birthing moment, and birthing is painful and slow, but as scripture says, “Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning.” (Psalm 30:5).
Hang on to your hat — this is going to be a bumpy ride!
But what a glorious ride if we receive it and embrace it in the Name, the mighty and powerful Name, of Jesus!
Lift your praises high, reach up and pull down the glory cloud that maybe hovers above you – awaiting your move!

This is similar to something the Lord has been sharing with my family.
Jesus wants to increase communication with his people, through spiritual gifts. And that we are not to stop it. Otherwise we would be like the vineyard keeper who killed Gods servants who wanted to collect the harvest of the vineyard. Spiritual gifts can be killed and stopped. I wouldn’t want to be the pastor who shut down the spirit in the church.
Jesus is coming home and needs his people free enough to support his coming. Christ is King otherwise this would all fail. It’s time to trust that He is good. And will truly come as he said.
YES & AMEN!! LORD JESUS PLEASE MAKE HASTE OH LORD REGARDING THE MANIFESTATION OF JOEL 2:28-29!!☝
