The Reality of God’s Love
The reality of God’s love, shines within the hearts and minds of His people, as the countenance of His grace and mercy is upon their face!
Praise God!
God’s people are salt and light in this dark world, exalting Jesus Christ, as many are drawn to the brightness of that Rising of the Son of God, within our lives!
Praise God!
All we have to do is shine!
The enemy longs to dampen your light, beginning through the cares and anxieties of the world.
This doesn’t mean that times won’t be difficult, it simply means that in difficult times, we’re made strong, receiving Help from God!
“Fear not [there is nothing to fear], for I am with you; do not look around you in terror and be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen and harden you to difficulties, yes, I will help you; yes, I will hold you up and retain you with My [victorious] right hand of rightness and justice.” Isaiah 41:10 AMPC.
This world can be dark and dismal at times.
Moreover, the powers of darkness in others, coming against us, if we’re not watchful, can bring cares and anxieties that aren’t ours to carry; they’re to be cast off onto Christ!
God promises to strengthen and harden us to difficulties we experience in this world. Like Peter walking on the water, when He sank Jesus held him up!
The Hebrew word for “hold up,” is tâmak pronounced taw-mak’ and means, “to help, follow close, hold up, maintain, retain, and stay up.”
The Hebrew letters, Tav, Mem, and Kaph, that compose this word, are amazing, in the word picture they form.
Tav is the ancient symbol of a cross or “X” and means “sign, seal, mark, and covenant.”
Mem is the ancient symbol of water and means “massive, flooding, and chaos.”
Finally, Kaph is the ancient symbol of the palm of the hand and means, “cover, open, and allow.”
Therefore, the Hebrew letters for “hold up,” form the word picture the Covenant through The Cross has marked and sealed you, covering you massively during times of chaos, only allowing (God’s Will).
As I’ve been teaching on The Lordship of Christ Jesus and Faith, on videos and posts, since I’ve been writing on it in Chapter 1 of my new book, the emphasis God makes, is that real Faith is our submission to Christ Jesus, rolling all our cares onto Him!
Abraham demonstrates the greatest faith of his time, which is why he is the father of our faith.
He submitted to the Lordship of God, when he was asked to offer his son Isaac, as a sacrifice.
Understand that he wanted his son to live. The dearest thing to Isaac, was what he offered to God, receiving him back, unto life, when God stayed him from slaying his son.
We today, are so selfish, that we cannot submit to the Lordship of Christ, in our daily wants.
We want this, and want that, and don’t hesitate to get what we want, without seeking God first.
This is the perilous time in which Paul discussed to Timothy in 2 Timothy 3, at the end of the age.
We have to understand that although times are darker, the darker the time, the brighter the Light of Christ in us!
He allows the difficulty to test our Faith, and loyalty to Christ!
Are we going to go inward in difficult times into self-pity, or are we going to look up to where our help comes from, submitting to Christ Jesus, casting our cares on Him?
When you cast your care on Christ Jesus, He is LORD of the Battle! He brings you Victory on every end, and you shine all the brighter, glorifying God in your life, for others to believe!
“You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste (its strength, its quality), how can its saltiness be restored? It is not good for anything any longer but to be thrown out and trodden underfoot by men. You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do men light a lamp and put it under a peck measure, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all in the house. Let your light so shine before men that they may see your moral excellence and your praiseworthy, noble, and good deeds and recognize and honor and praise and glorify your Father Who is in heaven.” Matthew 5:13-16 AMPC.
