“I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars: 3 and hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name’s sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.4 Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. 5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent. 6 But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitanes, which I also hate. 7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God,” Revelation :2:2:7.
There are many among us who proclaim a certain title and yet they don’t represent that title to God’s own.
Many attempt to elevate themselves in the arena of God, to show forth their leadership and supposed gifting unto the body.
But I tell you that you will also know them by their fruits.
Do you see the Spirit of Wisdom and Discernment resting upon them?
Do you see a fatherly counsel emanating from them unto others?
I tell you that we must be wise my people, for there are some among us who would portray a false representation unto the Church and Body of Christ at large. Beware of these!
But rather we know that God has chosen the despised and oftentimes weak things of this world to shame the wise. And yet He establishes His own in such a way that a great inner strength and resolve is being formed in many in this hour.
He is setting forth His Body and dispensing His ministries in a manifold way. Those who were once lowly and forsaken are now being given places of kingly leadership and wisdom in the Body of Christ.
For truly, those who would humble themselves will be exalted, and also those who elevate themselves will become lowered.
God’s plan does not follow the way of the world. For what would seem up is actually down, and what would seem down to the world is actually up.
For as we die to ourselves and give up control over our lives, He graciously gives us all things. No those things are not the riches nor the glamour of this world, but rather those riches are deeper and are everlasting in His Kingdom.
Be patient with the working that He is now doing in you at this time. Don’t rush into new adventures without first seeking His will in the matter.
For in due time He will direct your steps according to His purposes.
