We Need to Carry the Weight of His Glory!
Perhaps at times we are carrying the Weight of the World?
Which is it to be? It is our own personal choice.
Still I hope we as Christians will choose right. We don’t need to go down with the world harlot system!
Good morning.
Please take the time to listen to this song today by Paul Wilbur. This version he sang many years ago but is still excellent, I feel.
We know from the Word of God, that in the world we are going to have Tribulation.
“These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33
I believe we are to come out of the harlot system in our hearts, first.
Sin will ‘bind’ you and get heavier and heavier. Just one e.g. You tell one lie, you will have to prop it up with another lie.
The weights of the world we are to lay aside, along with the sin that so easily beset us.
The LORD wants us free and unencumbered!
There is a ‘Race’ to run to His Glory and honor!
It will be worth crossing the finish line!
“Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,” Hebrews12:1
“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.” 1 Corinthians 2:9

As you all must know by now, some of my favorite scriptures are at the bottom in Matthew.
It is the Truth that will stand for all times. Jesus speaks Words of Life!
If we have slipped and took some backward steps repent quickly and rise up again.
Jesus loves us! I’m praying we walk in the fullness of our LORD.

Joyce, we must ask ourselves is this weight,’sin, intercession or just self that is keeping us from carrying the only weight that matters, HIS GLORY? May He be gloried in all that we are, all that we do and all that we say when we allow Him to lead the WAY, to make the WAY, to speak TRUTH to us, to speak TRUTH through us and for others to see TRUTH in us, then we shall release LIGHT and LIFE as we move from death to life according to HIS law, we shall bring LIFE to those HE sends us and we shall speak LIFE and HE will bring it to pass and truly HE shall be GLORIFIED.
