The only GOD in whom I hope

I turned to see the voice that was speaking to me,
and on turning, I saw Seven Golden Lampstands,
and in the midst of the Lampstands one like a Son of Man,
clothed with a long robe and with a golden sash around His Chest.
The hairs of His Head were white, like white wool, like snow.
His Eyes were like a flame of fire,
His Feet were like burnished bronze, refined in a furnace,
and His Voice was like the roar of many waters.
In His Right Hand He held Seven Stars,
from His Mouth came a sharp Two-Edged Sword,
and His Face was like the sun shining in full strength.
You are THE HOLY GOD

Then I heard trumpets sounding from Heaven
Booming downward to earth across the land
And Your Voice rumbled, TRUE, full of AUTHORITY AND POWER:
“I AM THE ALPHA AND OMEGA,
“WHO IS AND WHO WAS AND WHO IS TO COME, THE ALMIGHTY.”

“Then I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse! The one sitting on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he judges and makes war.” Revelation 19:11.

“For thus says the One who is high and lifted up, who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: “I dwell in the high and holy place, and also with him who is of a contrite and lowly spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly, and to revive the heart of the contrite.” Isaiah 57:15.
“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.” Romans 15:13.

Dear Sandi, I was thinking the same thing this morning as I woke up: He is our Everything. We can have everything in the world but without Him it is pointless. Our true desire rests in Him. Our true desire IS HIM and His Will. Learning about Him and who He truly is brings me great joy! I am so blessed that I can share it here with everyone. Many blessings to you!
