To the Church, out of Overflow We Must Speak
Good morning.
Wonderful Words of life, do we even want to speak them?
That is the question I ask you today.
“And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:32
Would we rather go with our own thoughts and our own ways?
We will be mislead and then lead the people wrong at the same time.
We must yield to the Spirit of The LORD and die daily to self.
Let’s live our lives in consecration to Jesus Christ. What a sweet place that is.
Still we all fail sometimes.
Get up, repent and start again. Don’t beat yourself up!
That is condemnation and not of the Father.
Still sometimes along the way we may need to set apart awhile.
It can be a time to renew our vows to The LORD, fasting and praying.
Absolutely, we all need that as Christians along the way. We can just get so tired and weary.
Still let’s be instant in and out of season.
Out of the overflow of a consecrated life, we have the Words of eternal life to share with others.
It will then ring true and the captives can be set free.
Words, Words and more Words!
We need the Spirit of God breathing on our Words!
We can rattle words off, but they must have all of Heaven backing them up. Kingdom Authority is to walk in!
Are we redeemed? Then why not share those Words of eternal life?
Some can quote scriptures but also beat you to death with them. The devil knows how to quote the word!
We need to learn and avoid that sound!
The true gospel message is love.
Without the true love of The LORD and for one another we have missed the ‘mark’.
Love will cause us to warn others, although. It is just not in a harsh religious way.
“O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called: Which some professing have erred concerning the faith. Grace be with thee. Amen.” 1 Timothy 6:21
“Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.” 2 Timothy 4:2.
“And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.” Isaiah 10:27.
“And thou shalt love The LORD thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.” Mark 12:30,31.
“Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.” John 6:68.
“And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” Matthew 16:18.
God bless you all.
