The Bible Has Mysteries, but It Never Lies
Many people have followed ungodly counsel and are now living with regret, confusion, unnecessary hardship, and predicaments that could have been avoided.
The counsel may have sounded wise. It may have come from someone experienced, educated, influential, or close to them.
But when advice contradicts the Word, character, and will of God, it will eventually produce corrupt fruit!
“There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” Proverbs 14:12.
Not every voice deserves access to your decisions.
Not every opinion should be given authority over your life.
Some counsel will soothe your emotions while leading you away from obedience.
Some will validate your flesh while weakening your discernment.
Some will encourage you to make permanent decisions in temporary moments of anger, pain, fear, or disappointment.
The Word of God makes it clear in Psalm 1,
“Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly” Psalm 1:1.
The Scriptures contain mysteries, depths, symbols, prophecies, and truths that require spiritual understanding but THE BIBLE NEVER LIES ‼️
- Its Warnings are not empty words.
- Its Commandments are not suggestions.
- Its Wisdom is not outdated.
When God warns us, He is not trying to deprive us; He is trying to preserve us.
We may not always understand His instructions immediately, but time often reveals why He said what He said.
Many have learned too late that disobedience carries consequences, ungodly counsel has a price, and every path has a destination.
“Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.” Psalm 119:160.
The Bible may confront us, correct us, expose us, and require us to deny ourselves but it will never deceive us.
The Word of God is still right, even when culture disagrees.
The Word of God is still true, even when our emotions resist it.
The Word of God is still sure, even when ungodly counsel appears more convenient..IT IS ETERNAL.
