You Will Not Just Survive, You Will Thrive

“You suffered in silence, but you will rejoice openly, when I turn your sorrow into joy,” says The LORD.

“No one saw your tears that you shed all through the night, but I did.  No one was there to console and comfort you, but I was.

“You bore the pain without the help of others, but you were never alone.  I bore it for you.

“Now you will laugh in the presence of others.  Your cry was not heard, but your unrestrained laughter will be.

“Others would not share your sorrow, but they will share the joy,” says The LORD.

You Are Free to Choose

“I did not liberate you to enslave you,” says The LORD.

“Although I order your steps, you are free to choose whatever path you want to walk in.  I want you to choose life.

“I AM not a dictator, but a director.  I will speak to you, urge you, compel you, draw you, but the choice remains with you.

“I want you to serve Me because you love Me.  If I wanted subjects that had no choice, I would have made them.

“Even My Holy Angels had to choose whether to serve Me or rebel.  If love is not given freely, it isn’t love at all,” says The LORD.

“Regardless of your position and authority that is given you, you cannot force anyone to obey you or love you, either.

“That too is a choice.  You have experienced what it is like to love and give and sacrifice yourself for others, only to be rejected and unappreciated.

“Keep loving, giving, caring, for that is what I do.  I rain on the just and unjust alike.  I AM merciful.

“Your love and mercy for others may go unnoticed as well. But you are to love others as I love you.

“Regardless of whether your love is accepted or rejected, I do not want you to stop.  Don’t let rejection and abandonment, disrespect or slander change what you do and who you are.

“I AM Love.  You are love.  I have separated you from the world to be different and make a difference.

“You will not be acceptable to me and the world at the same time.  Be separate and be holy and be like I AM, and your life will be well lived and pleasing to Me!” says The LORD.
