A Rough Road Ahead
A Word of Encouragement and a Warning!
The next few months are going to be a bit rough, tough, and testing for all of us.
This thought popped into my mind whilst I was reviewing the situation and where we are today.
First I saw this post here on X Video. Listen here for audio:
The Daniel 7:24 Prophecy — the ‘Ten Horns’ Prophecy.
Then The Holy Spirit,
- quickened the thought to me,
- spoke about encouragement,
- then took me to the first chapter of Joshua.
“After the death of Moses the servant of The LORD, it came to pass that The LORD spoke to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses’ assistant, saying: “Moses My servant is dead. Now therefore, arise, go over this Jordan, you and all this people, to the land which I am giving to them—the children of Israel. Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you, as I said to Moses.” Joshua 1:1-3.
Every Place Your Foot Will Tread
“Be strong and of good courage, for to this people you shall divide as an inheritance the land which I swore to their fathers to give them. Only be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go.” Joshua 1:6-7.
That You May Prosper Wherever You Go!
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for The LORD your God is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9.
The LORD Your God is With You Wherever You Go!
This passage is so relevant for today’s Church!
We are entering a really rocky season. The LORD is shaking His People into wakefulness.
Perhaps shocking them would be a better expression.
For The Church is, like the world around us, about to be purged by God.
He is about to drag us kicking and screaming into situations we would really rather not even know about, let alone experience for ourselves!
Yet here we are in this passage hearing The LORD telling us not to worry, to be brave, and to trust His promises!
He reminds me of Ephesians 6 where He tells us to,
“Stand, and having done all, to keep standing,” Ephesians 6:13.
He reminds me of Psalm 91
“Because you have made The LORD, who is my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place, No evil shall befall you, Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling; For He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways.” Psalm 91:9-11.
The days ahead may be threatening, they may be shocking, they may be frightening to the world, but God . . . . God tells us to keep Faith, remember His Promises — as we declare them over our lives and our families lives daily — He encourages us by sending a His Angels to keep us in ALL our ways.
This is not a time to hide our light under a bushel — but to declare the Glory of The LORD in all things.
It’s only a short period of time!
I’m hearing a Prophetic Word saying “until Passover” which is 1-9 April next year.
I am seeking The LORD on this — but I do know that it’s a matter for urgent Intercession and Waiting on The LORD.
I then asked The LORD about the harvest of revival, and all He said was, “Who said it was going to last a long time?
It may be much shorter than you think!”
This shocked me and made me think and pray for more Revelation.
We must continue to be vigilant at all times and include times of worship in our times with The LORD.
Remember too —
Worship is the key that opens the Windows of Heaven!
Encouraging, yes! — but also an Urgent Warning.
Let he who has ears to hear . . . .
~ Chris G. Bennett
Chris Bennett came to salvation in 1962 but didn’t begin ministry until 2007 — a late-comer! Now mandated by The LORD to prophesy and open old wells of revival in the U.K., but especially in Wales. He has also operated Healing Rooms, and worked with deliverance teams, all with his wife, Linda. Happily now doing whatever The LORD asks of them! Founder, with wife Linda, of their ministry The Upper Room Encounter.

Chris this is conformation for what the LORD has been saying to me. He said “Pray for My remnant so they don’t lose heart and pray for strength for them.” So many have taken their focus off of Jesus and have got caught up in rhetoric of this world and are not prepared for what is ahead. Thankyou Chris for your obedience to our God. Blessings
