“And when the vultures came down on the carcasses, Abram drove them away.”   Genesis 15:11.

The vultures did not stop Abram from receiving the covenant.

The enemy may circle what God told you to sacrifice, but he cannot devour what God has ordained.

Abram didn’t sit down and watch the birds consume the sacrifice. He drove them away.

Some things require spiritual resistance.

You cannot keep entertaining every voice that circles your promise. You cannot keep giving access to every person who feeds on your wounds.

You cannot keep allowing discouragement to perch on what God told you to believe.

• Drive away fear.
• Drive away doubt.
• Drive away intimidation.
• Drive away every voice saying, “It will never happen.”

What the enemy thought was dead, God says is still consecrated. What God has marked for covenant cannot be consumed by vultures of opposition.

• Don’t let fear eat your faith.
• Don’t let offense eat your love.
• Don’t let disappointment eat your expectation.
• Don’t let delay eat your hope.

• Every voice that has come to devour your faith — BE SILENT!
• Every attack assigned to make you abandon your altar — BE BROKEN!
• Every spirit of discouragement circling your promise — YOU WILL NOT CONSUME WHAT GOD HAS CONSECRATED!

AND THE FIRE OF GOD WILL ANSWER!

• What God has spoken, HELL CANNOT CANCEL.
• What God has ordained, THE ENEMY CANNOT DEVOUR.
• What God has placed on the altar, HE HIMSELF WILL DEFEND!
