Be Still — Distraction and Distractions
2 Words in 1
Distraction
While I was in communion with the Father last night, I believe The Holy Spirit may have been opening my understanding to the fact that the Babylonian Systems of this world do not only keep people tired and distracted; they also keep humanity bound to a low, earthbound consciousness of existence so occupied with material survival, money, schedules, and physical demands that they never awaken to their true life in Christ, their position in heavenly places, or the dimensional reality of operating by The Holy Spirit beyond the limits of the merely visible realm.
These systems keep humanity engulfed and entangled in earthly demands in an effort to keep us disconnected from the stillness necessary to know God deeply, to recognize our true identity and capacities in Him, and to awaken to the reality that life in Christ is not confined to the physical plane.
Through the indwelling Holy Spirit, as children of the Most High we are seated with Christ in heavenly places and are called to operate from a higher Kingdom realm through prayer, discernment, spiritual authority, revelation, and communion with our Adonai.
Even prayer itself is not bound by geography or mere human timing, for it rises before the eternal God and participates in His purposes beyond what the natural eye can see.
Understand this, Babylon does not merely want people tired. It wants us UNREVEALED.
- Unrevealed to ourselves.
- Unrevealed in our gifts.
- Unrevealed in our calling.
- Unrevealed in our God-given authority.
- Unrevealed in the glory of Christ that was meant to be formed in us.
“If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.” Colossians 3:1–3 KJV.
The LORD is calling us to stillness in HIS Presence.
BE STILL and KNOW!
Distractions
The enemy delights in distraction.
Distraction keeps revelation shallow.
Busyness keeps identity buried.
Noise keeps the inner man underdeveloped.
Mammon keeps the soul earthbound.
Babylon keeps people functioning without ever truly awakening.
But the Father calls, “Be still!!”
Because in stillness, the false self formed by systems, wounds, and environments begins to loosen, and The Spirit reveals the true self being formed in Christ.
Shalom
