Clash of the Kingdoms: Whom Will You Serve?
The world is on edge right now as the atmosphere is thick with spiritual warfare.
It’s evident that the kingdom of darkness is trying to overtake our families, our friends, our Churches and our Nations.
To some there’s a sense of excitement, and others are gripped by fear. They feel as if the demonic floodgates have been open, but those who are spiritually discerning recognize that this is the birth pangs that Jesus spoke about in The Gospel of Matthew.
They understand that it is precursor of one of the greatest spiritual awakenings the world has ever seen.
I chose this title as a metaphor of two conflicting forces in the spirit realm, and every one of us encounters each of them daily.
They are the powers of darkness, and the power of light. It’s the struggle between good and evil.
Some of you face a daily battle with fear, doubt and negativity, which tries to dominate your thoughts and destroy your lives.
But those of you who are mature in The LORD know how to reject these thoughts and won’t allow them to take root in your soul.
They know how to bring every thought into alignment with the Word of God.
Recent exposures have brought a lot of horrendous things to light, shaking people to their core.
We’ve been hearing some pretty shocking things, and it’s natural to feel angry, confused or even betrayed. Some of you even lost your Faith.
Yet in the midst of this, the beautiful Bride of Christ is emerging. She is being refined as her veil is being lifted.
This is part of the process that will make her pure, radiant and virtuous, set apart from the world. She refuses to be defiled as she walks in holiness with garments of white without spot or wrinkle.
We’re coming into a time when we need to choose who we will serve. Will we choose to take our stand for what we believe or will we grow weary and fall away?
Many of you paid a huge price for where you are and The LORD is summoning you to rise up! Rise above this noise, above the fear and above the chaos.
There is a difference of being stuck in the storm and riding the waves. I want to share a story that I’ve shared before.
It was a fable which I once heard about an old Cherokee Indian telling his grandson a story about a battle that goes on inside of people.
He said,
“My son, the battle is between two wolves inside us all.
“One is Evil – It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.
“The other is Good – It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.
“The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: “Which wolf wins?”
The old Cherokee simply replied, “The one that you feed.”
For those struggling and battling within, don’t let negative thoughts dominate.
That’s your old nature contending with the divine nature created in you. Don’t allow fear to gain ground.
The LORD has called you to be part of a fearless generation who will go to extremes to protect the anointing that has been entrusted to them.
They will protect the sacrifice that they dedicated to The LORD.
They will stop at nothing to defend their divine assignment.
These are the people, whom He has chosen for His End-time Army to usher in the most epic Harvest the world has ever seen!
“For although we live in the natural realm, we don’t wage a military campaign employing human weapons, using manipulation to achieve our aims. Instead, our spiritual weapons are energized with divine power to effectively dismantle the defenses behind which people hide. We can demolish every deceptive fantasy that opposes God and break through every arrogant attitude that is raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God. We capture, like prisoners of war, every thought and insist that it bow in obedience to the Anointed One. Since we are armed with such dynamic weaponry, we stand ready to punish any trace of rebellion, as soon as you choose complete obedience.” 2 Corinthians 10:3-6 TPT.
“Finally, my brethren, be strong in The LORD and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” Ephesians 6:10-12.
Blessings in Christ Jesus,
