I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare my THANKSGIVING to God/ Elohim for you and all you have accomplished: your sharing in the Good News until now.
I AM SURE of this very thing — that He Who began a good work in you will CARRY IT ON TO COMPLETION until the Day of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua!
- I decree and declare you are PARTAKERS of the GRACE of God/ Elohim with me.
Our LOVE will OVERFLOW still more in KNOWLEDGE and depth of DISCERNMENT, in order to approve what is excellent — so that in the Day of Christ/ Messiah we may be sincere and blameless, filled with the FRUIT of RIGHTEOUSNESS that comes through Jesus Christ/ Yeshua the Messiah, to the GLORY and PRAISE of God/ Elohim.
- I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is my LIGHT and my SALVATION; there is NO ONE I will FEAR! He is the STRONGHOLD of my Life; there is NO ONE I WILL DREAD!
The Lord/ Adonai PROTECTS me and causes the evildoers who approach me to STUMBLE and FALL!
Though war breaks out against me and an army camp besiege me, STILL MY HEART WILL NOT FEAR, even then will I be CONFIDENT!
- I decree and declare I WILL DWELL in the PRESENCE of the Lord/ Adonai ALL THE DAYS OF MY LIFE!
This is where the CONFIDENCE and assurance of God’s/ Elohim’s goodness is nurtured.
For in the day of trouble He will HIDE ME in His Shelter/ Sukkah, CONCEAL me in His Tabernacle and SET ME HIGH upon a ROCK!
- I decree and declare I lift my Head HIGH above my enemies; in His Tabernacle I offer SACRIFICES with SHOUTS of JOY!
I sing, yes, sing PRAISES to the Lord/ Adonai.
The Lord/ Adonai HEARS ME when I call; He is GRACIOUS to me and answers me.
- I decree and declare that when our Earthly home our body is torn down, WE HAVE A BUILDING FROM GOD/ ELOHIM — a Home not made with Human Hands, ETERNAL in Heaven!
God/ Elohim PREPARED US for this very purpose and gave us the Spirit/ Ruach as a pledge.
Therefore, we are CONFIDENT and KNOW that while we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord/ Adonai.
- I decree and declare we WALK by FAITH, not by sight.
WE ARE CONFIDENT and prefer rather to be absent from the body and at Home with the Lord/ Adonai.
So, whether at home or absent, WE MAKE IT OUR AIM TO BE PLEASING TO HIM. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ/ Messiah, so that each one may receive what is due for the things he did while in the body — whether good or bad.
- I decree and declare it is the LOVE of Christ/ Messiah that COMPELS us to PERSUADE People that they might know the Good News of Salvation through Him.
We know that One died for all and as a result all died.
And He died for all so that those who live might no longer live for themselves, but for the One who died for them and was raised!
- I decree and declare when the KINDNESS of God/ Elohim our Savior and His LOVE for mankind appeared HE SAVED US through the WASHING of Rebirth and RENEWING of the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh, Who He ABUNDANTLY POURED OUT on us through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua our Savior.
- I decree and declare as we are set right by His GRACE, we become Heirs with the CONFIDENT HOPE of ETERNAL LIFE!
Those who have put their TRUST in God/ Elohim are to be careful to DEVOTE themselves to good deeds.
These things are good and beneficial for all people.
- I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“3 I thank my God whenever I remember you, 4 always in every request of mine on behalf of you all, making my requests with joy, 5 for your partnership in furtherance of the Good News from the first day until now; 6 being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ. 7 It is even right for me to think this way on behalf of all of you, because I have you in my heart, because both in my bonds and in the defense and confirmation of the Good News, you all are partakers with me of grace. 8 For God is my witness, how I long after all of you in the tender mercies of Christ Jesus.
9 This I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and all discernment, 10 so that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense to the day of Christ, 11 being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God,” Philippians 1:3-11.
“1 Yahweh is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Yahweh is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid? 2 When evildoers came at me to eat up my flesh, even my adversaries and my foes, they stumbled and fell. 3 Though an army should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear. Though war should rise against me, even then I will be confident. 4 One thing I have asked of Yahweh, that I will seek after: that I may dwell in Yahweh’s house all the days of my life, to see Yahweh’s beauty, and to inquire in his temple. 5 For in the day of trouble, he will keep me secretly in his pavilion. In the secret place of his tabernacle, he will hide me. He will lift me up on a rock. 6 Now my head will be lifted up above my enemies around me. I will offer sacrifices of joy in his tent. I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to Yahweh.
7 Hear, Yahweh, when I cry with my voice. Have mercy also on me, and answer me. 8 When you said, “Seek my face,” my heart said to you, “I will seek your face, Yahweh.” 9 Don’t hide your face from me. Don’t put your servant away in anger. You have been my help. Don’t abandon me, neither forsake me, God of my salvation. 10 When my father and my mother forsake me, then Yahweh will take me up. 11 Teach me your way, Yahweh. Lead me in a straight path, because of my enemies. 12 Don’t deliver me over to the desire of my adversaries, for false witnesses have risen up against me, such as breathe out cruelty. 13 I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of Yahweh in the land of the living. 14 Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh,” Psalm 27:1-14.
“1 For we know that if the earthly house of our tent is dissolved, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal, in the heavens. 2 For most certainly in this we groan, longing to be clothed with our habitation which is from heaven, 3 if indeed being clothed, we will not be found naked. 4 For indeed we who are in this tent do groan, being burdened, not that we desire to be unclothed, but that we desire to be clothed, that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life. 5 Now he who made us for this very thing is God, who also gave to us the down payment of the Spirit.
6 Therefore we are always confident and know that while we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord; 7 for we walk by faith, not by sight. 8 We are courageous, I say, and are willing rather to be absent from the body and to be at home with the Lord. 9 Therefore also we make it our aim, whether at home or absent, to be well pleasing to him. 10 For we must all be revealed before the judgment seat of Christ that each one may receive the things in the body according to what he has done, whether good or bad.
11 Knowing therefore the fear of the Lord, we persuade men, but we are revealed to God, and I hope that we are revealed also in your consciences. 12 For we are not commending ourselves to you again, but speak as giving you occasion of boasting on our behalf, that you may have something to answer those who boast in appearance, and not in heart. 13 For if we are beside ourselves, it is for God. Or if we are of sober mind, it is for you. 14 For the love of Christ constrains us; because we judge thus, that one died for all, therefore all died. 15 He died for all, that those who live should no longer live to themselves, but to him who for their sakes died and rose again,” 2 Corinthians 5:1-15.
“4 But when the kindness of God our Savior and his love toward mankind appeared, 5 not by works of righteousness which we did ourselves, but according to his mercy, he saved us through the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, 6 whom he poured out on us richly, through Jesus Christ our Savior; 7 that being justified by his grace, we might be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. 8 This saying is faithful, and concerning these things I desire that you affirm confidently, so that those who have believed God may be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable to men,” Titus 3:4-8.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
