Dance and Sing to The LORD!
A psalm to praise and sing aloud, to God.
Dance and Sing to The LORD!
Thank you, LORD
No matter what I see or hear
Thank you, LORD
No matter how I feel
I’m gonna be strong and hold on—
I am so grateful
For every day that comes my way
For no matter what is happening
There is always something to be thankful for
Make a joyful shout to The LORD, all you lands!
Serve The LORD with gladness…
I’m putting on my garment of praise
I’m putting on my dancing shoes
I’m gonna dance like King David
Every moment of the day
With thanksgiving and praise flowing from my heart
Dance and sing to The LORD
Dance and sing all day long
Dance and sing rain or shine
Dance and sing all day long
Give it all to The LORD,, with or without rhyme!
Thank Him for what He has done
What He is doing and what He will do
Even if it’s hard to do
For this is the day He has made—
Rejoice and be glad in it
Make a list and sing it to Him
Start with the life He has given you!
Start with His Love and Goodness!
There is always something to be thankful for!
Make a joyful shout to The LORD, all you lands!
Serve The LORD with gladness…
I’m putting on my garment of praise
I’m putting on my dancing shoes
I’m gonna dance like King David
Every moment of the day
With thanksgiving and praise flowing from my heart
Dance and sing to The LORD
Dance and sing all day long
Dance and sing rain or shine
Dance and sing all day long
Give it all to The LORD, with or without rhyme!
Watch the heaviness fall away
Watch the worry fade
Watch how He gives you peace
Watch how He transforms your day
With joy, blessing and favor in every way…
I’m putting on my garment of praise!
I’m putting on my dancing shoes!
I’m gonna dance like King David
Every moment of the day!
With thanksgiving and praise flowing from my heart!
Dance and sing to The LORD!
Dance and sing all day long!
Dance and sing rain or shine!
Dance and sing all day long!
Give it all to The LORD, with or without rhyme!
Make a joyful shout to The LORD, all you lands!
Serve The LORD with gladness;
Come before His presence with singing.
Know that The LORD, He is God;
It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves;
We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.
Enter into His gates with thanksgiving,
And into His courts with praise.
Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.
For The LORD is good;
His mercy is everlasting,
And His truth endures to all generations.
Make a joyful shout to The LORD, all you lands!
Serve The LORD with gladness…
I’m putting on my garment of praise!
I’m putting on my dancing shoes!
I’m gonna dance like King David
Every moment of the day!
With thanksgiving and praise flowing from my heart!
Dance and sing to The LORD!
Dance and sing all day long!
Dance and sing rain or shine!
Dance and sing all day long!
Give it all to The LORD, with or without rhyme!
Make a joyful shout to The LORD, all you lands!
Serve The LORD with gladness!
Dance and sing to The LORD!
Again I say:
Dance and sing to The LORD!!!
“Oh come, let us sing to The LORD! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation.” Psalm 95:1 NKJV.
“Make a joyful shout to The LORD, all you lands! Serve The LORD with gladness; come before His presence with singing. Know that The LORD, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people and the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name. For The LORD is good; His mercy is everlasting, And His truth endures to all generations.” Psalm 100:1-5 NKJV.
“Let everything that has breath praise The LORD. Praise The LORD!” Psalm 150:6 NKJV.
“I will extol You, my God, O King; and I will bless Your name forever and ever. Every day I will bless You, and I will praise Your name forever and ever. Great is The LORD, and greatly to be praised; and His greatness is unsearchable. One generation shall praise Your works to another, and shall declare Your mighty acts. I will meditate on the glorious splendor of Your majesty, and on Your wondrous works. Men shall speak of the might of Your awesome acts, and I will declare Your greatness. They shall utter the memory of Your great goodness, and shall sing of Your righteousness.” Psalm 145:1-7 NKJV.
“Praise The LORD! Praise The LORD from the heavens; Praise Him in the heights! Praise Him, all His angels; Praise Him, all His hosts!” Psalm 148:1-2 NKJV.
“Then David danced before The LORD with all his might; and David was wearing a linen ephod. So David and all the house of Israel brought up the ark of The LORD with shouting and with the sound of the trumpet.” 2 Samuel 6:14-15 NKJV.
“Rejoice in The LORD always. Again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentleness be known to all men. The LORD is at hand. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy — meditate on these things. The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you.” Philippians 4:4-9 NKJV.
“This is the day The LORD has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” Psalm 118:24 NKJV.
“Sing to The LORD, for He has done excellent things; this is known in all the earth.” Isaiah 12:5 NKJV.
“Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing psalms.” James 5:13 NKJV.
“…speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to The LORD,…” Ephesians 5:19 NKJV.
“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to The LORD.” Colossians 3:16 NKJV.
