Don’t Disqualify Yourself for Service
Rise Up and Walk, Child of God!
Someone who would normally skim or ignore this really needs to read it carefully. It’s meant for you!
I see a large blackboard with writing in white chalk. A boy wearing an old-fashioned Norfolk suit and a young girl wearing a long dark dress with a white pinafore over it are writing out lines repeatedly.
They are sobbing quietly because they feel like it’s a punishment. When I look closely, the writing says:
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
I matter to God.
What matters to me matters to God.
He loves me.”
Oh dear. Bless their little broken hearts!
The LORD says some of us should seriously consider writing out the same sentences by hand or typing them 100 times every day until we start really receiving it and it no longer seems like a punishment!
He also told me to tell you, “The world has need of you!”
Yes, you read that right. The whole world needs you.
If I could put in the emoji of a hand pointing to you, I would. That is what I am seeing. A big hand from Heaven pointing at you.
You are an expression of God’s love for this world.
You are the Heavenly equivalent of a nuclear missile, full of God’s holiness, power and presence.
You are fully armed and ready.
You have not yet been released. The delay is due to:
- your lack of confidence in His love for you:
- your previous lack of commitment to God;
- your sense of your sinfulness, your youth or your age, your lack of qualifications or training, etc.;
- your sense of inadequacy when comparing yourself to others with established ministries;
- your belief in the words other people have spoken to you, saying you are not ready or suitable for God’s service;
- you should have been launched long ago but the enemy, and you yourself, have held back your release.
Don’t disqualify yourself from service. God can use any vessel that is yielded and consecrated.
People who were negative about you, or who ignored you have just been too unseeing and hardhearted to see what God sees.
Don’t compare yourself to others. You are quite different.
You are actually far more powerful than some of them. Your heart is true and it is more pliable in God’s hands. You are going higher.
You will be mighty for The LORD!
You don’t feel particularly significant or special but you don’t have to.
It isn’t about who you are or what you feel. It is about who The LORD is and who you allow Him to be in you.
A surrendered heart means so much more to God.
“Once you give The LORD His full expression in you, you will do all the things for The LORD.”
He told me to put it like that, so you will know this Word is for you.
If you read this word and it spoke to you until then, don’t be concerned. It’s meant for you too but there is someone specific The LORD wants to catch in His net as well.
Say it aloud,
I will do all things for The LORD.
Say it again, louder,
I will do all things for The LORD!
Print this out or download it and say it every day if you need to.
It is already coming true.
You really do matter.
He really does Love you.
“Rise up, mighty vessel of honour!
Rise up and walk, Child of God.”
