For Witness and Intercession for The United Kingdom
Over the last few months, I have found myself thinking of the prostitute in John 8, who was caught in the act of her trade.
It was only in being caught, that she was driven into the streets and in her shame, she had to confront Jesus.
I believe The LORD is saying that this is where we are at in The United Kingdom.
As a Nation,
- she has laid down and prostituted herself morally within Government and Society;
- she has allowed invasion into her body by political correctness ( not wanting to judge anyone or anything to the point of justifying evil intentions and mindsets);
- she has compromised and blinded her eyes to her acts by seeking money from unclean sources, pleasure in corruption, and her own way to survive.
I have been Decreeing that she shall close her legs, rise up, and in her shame and face Jesus.
Pray that she will repent as the stones are ready to be thrown by Satan’s sources.
Pray she hear those words
““Then neither do I condemn you!” Jesus declared. “Go now and leave your life of sin.”“ John 8:11.
Pray that she wash His feet with her tears, and dry them with her hair; that she pour her expensive perfume on his feet without thinking of the cost of herself; but consider the cost of her soul, and future of the children in her care. (Luke 7:38)
The LORD desires this Nation to Turn and Repent, and he also desires to bless her.
He loves this Nation — yet she has fallen so short.
There is still time! Pray, pray and pray some more!
God incidentally, a couple of memory pictures came on my timeline today of Jesus entering into London.
It is still what He desires — but the prostitution must cease!
The United Kingdom is in that moment of shame, when other Nations laugh and mock her so, arise intercessors as we are in The Valley of Decision.
We must always pray for our leaders. (1 Timothy 2:1-6)
Prayer with Wisdom, Integrity and Godly hearts is His pleasure!
