Freedom has Destroyed the Western Church

Joseph used his freedom to save a nation from starvation, Genesis 41:57.  I kept Noah free to preserve the human race, Hebrews 11:7.  I set Moses free and he delivered My people,  Hebrews 11:23.  David used his freedom to become the world’s greatest king, one that was after My heart,  Acts 13:22.  Daniel used his freedom to become My great statesman.  Esther used her freedom to save My people.  Paul used his freedom to write most of the New Testament.  Jehu used his freedom to destroy a wicked queen, that tormented My people.  I set Gideon free and he destroyed an entire evil army with just 300 men.  I set Solomon free to become the world’s wisest man.

I gave up My freedom to come to earth to set you free, Philippians 2:5-8.  Now may I ask, what have you done with your freedom?  In the western culture, most of you have chosen to build their own little kingdoms.  Working harder and longer to have a bigger house and sometimes two, or a fancier car or a retirement.  Some are renting storage space to purchase more and more worthless stuff.  On the weekends you enjoy your freedom at parties and beaches because you are working so hard all week building your kingdom.  You are convinced your freedom includes weekend playtimes, Exodus 32:5-10.  With your American freedom you have purchased more clothes than you can wear, more shoes than you can wear out, and acquired more debt than you can pay off.  You have now used your freedom to bring you into another captivity, and the you can no longer fulfill My call, because the bank owns you and you are a slave to the rich!

I am calling My people to downsize, Luke 18:22 and return to their first love Revelation 2:4-5 and understand the reason I gave them their natural freedom.  I did not set you free to acquire the American Dream.  I set you free to fulfill My call on your life.  The reason most of you are not free indeed is because you have misunderstood the purpose for your freedom.  You are not free to have a good time, but to set others free by meeting their needs.  You were freed to give to the poor, feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, take in the stranger, clothe the naked, and visit the sick and the prisoner, Matthew 25:42-44.

Natural freedom has become the enemy of spiritual freedom, because natural freedom is always misunderstood and never appreciated.  The flesh flourishes in natural freedom.  From the beginning Spiritual freedom always flourishes in persecution.

For example: In China over 250,000,000 people will meet secretly, under cover of darkness in homes, after walking miles, with services lasting 8 and 10 hours.  They carry illegal torn pages of My word to trade off with other believers.  In America in broad daylight, people ride in air conditioned cars, gathering in well lit large state of the art buildings, and then complain if a service goes over an hour.  Summer weekends, are considered time off for good behavior.  There are no torn bible pages traded because stacks of millions of free bibles are in boxes all over the nation, ready to be given away, yet few are ever carried, much less read.

When you understand what kingdom freedom means, you will understand that the persecuted church is free indeed.  Western freedom has put the church in great spiritual bondage, but do not despair, revival is coming, for I AM removing your natural freedom, so your spiritual freedom can flourish and My truth can set you free indeed!  John 8:36.
