His Heart on the Earth — A Prayer
Today is November 17, 2025, and as I read some comments on social media, my heart is sometimes torn by the heaviness of people’s lives, and the difficulties that people have faced for many, many years.
They are understandably tired and discouraged!
But then I remember Who my Jesus is, what He came to do, and I am reminded that He came for those very ones, for all of our lives that are broken and hard, where many years have passed and no hope is seen with the eyes or felt in the heart, and weariness threatens to bring surrender to the enemy.
I remember His Glory that is coming upon us! As we walk out His Promises, His Ways, and His purposes, we are anointed to be those who speak life, who declare freedom, who “preach good tidings to the poor” and the weary!
The power of life and death is in the tongue!
Let’s be those who speak life, healing and resolution to others as they cross our paths, and we can do this in the Power and Anointing of The LORD.
We speak, we preach, we proclaim, we declare, we pray, and He acts! We don’t need to be perfect, we just need to speak (and act) for Him in alignment with His Will!
We are His Mouth, His Hands, His Feet — His Heart on the earth!
“‘The Spirit of The LORD God is upon Me, Because The LORD has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the acceptable year of The LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn, to console those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of The LORD , that He may be glorified. And they shall rebuild the old ruins, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the ruined cities, the desolations of many generations.” Isaiah 61:1-4.
Are we not these?
Raise us up to be these, my King!
Prayer
Jesus, I lift up all those who are discouraged, all the heavy laden and downtrodden, the sick and the captive, and I ask, by Your Grace and Great Compassion, that You would bring quick breakthrough and resolution to lives, for many are weary and discouraged and are crying out to You in the best way they know how! You have come for such as these! You see each one!
Move speedily on their behalf and bring about that which You have purposed for each life according to Your Goodness and Mercy.
Tarry no longer, my King, but act now — heal now, rescue now, renew now, prosper now! Bring home the prodigals; rescue the children.
Break chains of bondage and bring deliverance!
Raise up Your Ecclesia to be those that speak Your Life and breakthrough into people’s lives!
I thank You for all You have done and all You are doing in each life, in our country and in the world.
I Declare that You Are The One Who Was and Is and Is to come!
You Are the First and Foremost, the Beginning and the End, the Eternal One.
We look to You for all of our needs, according to Your Word, for You are Willing and You are Able!
We love You, and we are Yours!
In Jesus’ mighty Name we pray, Amen!
“‘Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.’” Matthew 11:28-30.
“Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.” Isaiah 53:4-5.
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit.” Proverbs 18:21.
“For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.” James 2:26.
May your life overflow with His Life this day and every day!
Love,

Thank you sister Marietta for this timely word of the Lord and for the anointed prayer. I was overwhelmed with God’s presence as I read the prophecy and prayed the prayer in agreement with you and all who will receive this precious word. I am almost 73 years young and I wept like a 5 yr old child—I’m grateful to the Lord for making my heart tender and sensitive to His love and compassion for suffering humanity.
Thank you for your confirmation! Your tears are a sure sign that the Lord is in it! Only He can soften and awaken us in that way, and that’s what He did for me as well the day I wrote that. I’m constantly amazed by the endless facets of Him! We are in an amazing time, and my prayer for you is that He will reveal Himself more and more to you everyday, and that your days will be filled with the wonder of Who He IS!❤️
