Declarations & Decrees: I Will Do the Will of the Father and Bear Fruit of Righteousness!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare I WILL DO THE WILL OF MY FATHER IN HEAVEN!
It is not the eloquent speaker who knows the Scriptures, but fails to do the works of the Lord, who will enter into the Kingdom.
But rather, it is the one who is HUMBLE, the one who FIGHTS AGAINST ALL ODDS to do the WILL OF THE FATHER — these are the ONES WHO ARE PRODUCING FRUIT and will be received into the Kingdom of Heaven.
- I declare BEWARE OF THE FALSE PROPHETS WITHIN THE CHURCH and MESSIANIC CONGREGATIONS!
They speak with great KNOWLEDGE but bear no fruit.
They are subtly turning Believers away from the FLOW and POWER of the Spirit.
The Holy Spirit’s/ Ruach HaKodesh’s presence is known by FREEDOM! (2 Corinthians 3:17)
I will MOVE in the POWER of the Spirit/ Ruach so that the PRESENCE OF GOD WILL BE KNOWN! (Matthew 12:28-32)
- I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai says, “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord!’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but HE WHO DOES THE WILL OF MY FATHER IN HEAVEN.
Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, didn’t we prophesy in Your name, and drive out demons in Your name, and perform miracles in Your name?
Then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you.
Get away from Me, you workers of lawlessness!’”
- I decree and declare IT IS GOOD AND RIGHT TO SPEAK OF THE NAME OF JESUS/ YESHUA!
Though the magistrates and leaders order me to not speak of Christ/ Messiah, I CANNOT KEEP SILENT!
Those who are guilty in sin are fearful of His POWER.
- I decree and declare I MUST OBEY GOD/ ELOHIM RATHER THAN MEN! God/ Elohim RAISED UP CHRIST/ YESHUA and seated Him at His Right Hand as Leader and SAVIOR, to give REPENTANCE to Israel and the World and REMOVAL OF SINS.
- I decree and declare I am a WITNESS of the WORKS of God/ Elohim — as is the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh, Whom God has given to those who OBEY Him.
Though the People become enraged and incited, I WILL SERVE THE LORD!
- I decree and declare I PRAISE THE LORD, for those who can calm the crowds and speak TRUTH to the People: “Stay away from these Christians/ Believers and LEAVE THEM ALONE.
For if this Plan or undertaking is of men, it will come to an end; BUT IF IT IS OF GOD, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STOP THEM.
You might even be found fighting against God.”
- I decree and declare in God’s/ Elohim’s GREAT MERCY He has caused us to be BORN AGAIN to a LIVING HOPE through the RESURRECTION of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
He has RESERVED for us an INCORRUPTIBLE, UNDEFILED, and UNFADING INHERITANCE in Heaven.
I REJOICE IN THIS GREATLY!
- I decree and declare though I have not seen Jesus/ Yeshua, I LOVE HIM, and though I don’t see Him now, I TRUST HIM. He fills me with JOY that is GLORIOUS BEYOND WORDS and I am receiving the OUTCOME OF MY FAITH — THE SALVATION OF MY SOUL!
- I decree and declare I will BRACE MY MIND FOR ACTION.
I will keep my BALANCE!
I have set my HOPE COMPLETELY on the GRACE that will be brought to me at the revelation of Jesus the Christ/ Yeshua the Messiah.
I am not shaped by my prior cravings but rather by the HOLY ONE Who called me, I WILL BE HOLY IN EVERYTHING I DO!
- I decree and declare I have PURIFIED my soul in OBEDIENCE to the TRUTH, which leads to sincere brotherly love.
I HAVE BEEN BORN AGAIN — not from perishable seed but imperishable — through the living and enduring word of God!
- I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves. 16 By their fruits you will know them. Do you gather grapes from thorns or figs from thistles? 17 Even so, every good tree produces good fruit, but the corrupt tree produces evil fruit. 18 A good tree can’t produce evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree produce good fruit. 19 Every tree that doesn’t grow good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them.
21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 Many will tell me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, didn’t we prophesy in your name, in your name cast out demons, and in your name do many mighty works?’ 23 Then I will tell them, ‘I never knew you. Depart from me, you who work iniquity,’” Matthew 7:15-23.
“27 When they had brought them, they set them before the council. The high priest questioned them, 28 saying, “Didn’t we strictly command you not to teach in this name? Behold, you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching, and intend to bring this man’s blood on us.”
29 But Peter and the apostles answered, “We must obey God rather than men. 30 The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom you killed, hanging him on a tree. 31 God exalted him with his right hand to be a Prince and a Savior, to give repentance to Israel, and remission of sins. 32 We are his witnesses of these things; and so also is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him.”
33 But they, when they heard this, were cut to the heart, and were determined to kill them. 34 But one stood up in the council, a Pharisee named Gamaliel, a teacher of the law, honored by all the people, and commanded to put the apostles out for a little while. 35 He said to them, “You men of Israel, be careful concerning these men, what you are about to do. 36 For before these days Theudas rose up, making himself out to be somebody; to whom a number of men, about four hundred, joined themselves. He was slain; and all, as many as obeyed him, were dispersed, and came to nothing. 37 After this man, Judas of Galilee rose up in the days of the enrollment, and drew away some people after him. He also perished, and all, as many as obeyed him, were scattered abroad. 38 Now I tell you, withdraw from these men, and leave them alone. For if this counsel or this work is of men, it will be overthrown. 39 But if it is of God, you will not be able to overthrow it, and you would be found even to be fighting against God!”
40 They agreed with him. Summoning the apostles, they beat them and commanded them not to speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go. 41 They therefore departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer dishonor for Jesus’ name.
42 Every day, in the temple and at home, they never stopped teaching and preaching Jesus, the Christ,” Acts 5:27-42.
“3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to his great mercy caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 to an incorruptible and undefiled inheritance that doesn’t fade away, reserved in Heaven for you, 5 who by the power of God are guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 6 Wherein you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved in various trials, 7 that the proof of your faith, which is more precious than gold that perishes even though it is tested by fire, may be found to result in praise, glory, and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ— 8 whom, not having known, you love. In him, though now you don’t see him, yet believing, you rejoice greatly with joy that is unspeakable and full of glory, 9 receiving the result of your faith, the salvation of your souls. 10 Concerning this salvation, the prophets sought and searched diligently. They prophesied of the grace that would come to you, 11 searching for who or what kind of time the Spirit of Christ, which was in them, pointed to, when he predicted the sufferings of Christ, and the glories that would follow them. 12 To them it was revealed, that they served not themselves, but you, in these things, which now have been announced to you through those who preached the Good News to you by the Holy Spirit sent out from heaven; which things angels desire to look into.
13 Therefore prepare your minds for action. Be sober, and set your hope fully on the grace that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ— 14 as children of obedience, not conforming yourselves according to your former lusts as in your ignorance, 15 but just as he who called you is holy, you yourselves also be holy in all of your behavior; 16 because it is written, “You shall be holy; for I am holy.” [Leviticus 11:44-45] 17 If you call on him as Father, who without respect of persons judges according to each man’s work, pass the time of your living as foreigners here in reverent fear, 18 knowing that you were redeemed, not with corruptible things, with silver or gold, from the useless way of life handed down from your fathers, 19 but with precious blood, as of a lamb without blemish or spot, the blood of Christ, 20 who was foreknown indeed before the foundation of the world, but was revealed in this last age for your sake, 21 who through him are believers in God, who raised him from the dead, and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope might be in God.
22 Seeing you have purified your souls in your obedience to the truth through the Spirit in sincere brotherly affection, love one another from the heart fervently, 23 having been born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, through the word of God, which lives and remains forever. 24 For, “All flesh is like grass, and all of man’s glory like the flower in the grass. The grass withers, and its flower falls; 25 but the Lord’s word endures forever.” [Isaiah 40:6-8]
This is the word of Good News which was preached to you,” 1 Peter 1:3-25.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
