If You Need God’s Guidance

If you need God’s guidance then do this: ask Him questions.

Jesus is telling us: “Ask Me!”

And when you ask Jesus, you will get guidance from Him.

In Luke 8:9 the disciples were confused and asked Jesus questions about His parable.

In John 3, Nicodemus said four things to Jesus and three of the four things were questions!

And because of their questions, the disciples were guided to the truth and Nicodemus was guided to Salvation.

I work with a special needs student who enjoys walking through the hallways with me. Each time we do something new — visit the cafeteria, or the office to get me coffee, or fill up our water bottles.

As we walk out of the classroom the student asks, “Which way Mr. Coffey?”

Then when we come to an intersection, he will say again “Which way Mr. Coffey?”

And again within the next two minutes of our tour through the school — “Which way Mr. Coffey?”

Each time the student asks me, I will guide him with a “left”, “right”, or “straight.”

Each time, I am guiding him to our destination.

Jesus is telling us that when we ask Him question, He will respond for He wants to guide us.

Jesus wants to tell us where to go and what to do. So have faith that when you ask, He will answer.

Jesus says: “Listen My People, for I want to guide you!

I want to hear your voice.

Talk to Me! Ask Me questions! Allow Me to guide you!

How can I guide you, if you do not spend time with Me and seek Me?

Ask Me questions!

Allow Me to respond to your questions for I will.

I will not hold back from you.

I will give you clear answers for I will guide you and help you to fulfill your Destiny.

Now do this quickly! Ask Me anything your heart desires and wait in expectation for I will deliver!”
