In Gratitude, I Pray…
A psalm to praise and sing to God, out loud.
In Gratitude, I Pray…
Thank You, LORD, for this quiet abode You have given me
To wake up filled with peace and to breathe—
To be surrounded by the things that bring me a smile
And to You who keeps my heart all the while
Thank You, LORD, for keeping me
Underneath the shelter of Your Wings
Hidden from the enemy
Oh I know I am deeply loved by You
There are not enough Thank Yous to express my gratitude.
And I pray for others
To know and have this kind of peace
Thank You, LORD, for the golden rays of the morning sun
Without fail You send them like clockwork over the horizon
Nothing, besides JESUS, is more beautiful in this world
Than being surrounded by Your Wondrous Creation!
O LORD, how manifold are Your Works!
In wisdom You have made them all.
The earth is full of Your Possessions—
Oh indeed I have found You,
My Pearl of Great Price
And I pray for others
To know and have this kind of treasure…
I thank You, LORD, for You and You alone
Before I knew You
I knew not of Your Sovereignty,
Nor of Your Creation, nor of Your Providence
For indeed I was once a part of the lost in this world
A sinner who knew not of the Power of Your Name
Nor of Your Holiness, nor of Your Lovingkindness
Oh indeed I had been very, very lost
But by Your Mercy You drew me into Your Flock
And I pray for others
To come under Your Gentle Shepherding Care
And I pray
For many, many, many to come to You
To live and breathe for You
And I pray
For many, many, many to come to You
To know and love You
And I pray
For many, many, many to come to You
To wake each morning in gratitude
And I pray
For many, many, many to come to You
To find their identity in You, as Your Beloved Child
Ohhhhh I pray
For many, many, many to come to You, my LORD!
I will sing to the LORD as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.
May my meditation be sweet to Him; I will be glad in the LORD.
There are not enough Thank Yous to express my gratitude.
And I pray for others
To know and have this kind of marvelous connection
To know the Truth and walk in His Peace and Love
Oh in gratitude, I pray
For many, many, many to come to You, my LORD!
“O LORD, how manifold are Your works! In wisdom You have made them all. The earth is full of Your possessions—” Psalm 104:24 NKJV
“I will sing to the LORD as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. May my meditation be sweet to Him; I will be glad in the LORD.” Psalm 104:33-34 NKJV.
“The LORD has appeared of old to me, saying: “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you. Again I will build you, and you shall be rebuilt, O virgin of Israel! You shall again be adorned with your tambourines, And shall go forth in the dances of those who rejoice. You shall yet plant vines on the mountains of Samaria; The planters shall plant and eat them as ordinary food.” Jeremiah 31:3-5 NKJV.
“Rejoice in the LORD always. Again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentleness be known to all men. The LORD is at hand. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:4-7 NKJV
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved. In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence, having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself, that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him. In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will, that we who first trusted in Christ should be to the praise of His glory.” Ephesians 1:3-12 NKJV.
“I will bless the Lord at all times His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make its boast in the LORD; The humble shall hear of it and be glad. Oh, magnify the LORD with me, And let us exalt His name together.” Psalm 34:1-3 NKJV.
“The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.” Psalm 23:1-3 NKJV.

Gabrielle Fuehrer came to The LORD in Spring 2020 and soon began receiving inspiration from The Holy Spirit in the form of Poems (Psalms), meant to praise, glorify and worship our Lord Jesus Christ and uplift the Body of Christ. A preschool teacher, surrounded by the blessings and love of the little ones she teaches, Gabrielle also runs the website, “Imagine a Love Like That“.
“Let everything that has breath praise The LORD.” Psalm 150:6.

So beautiful a Prayer, Gabrielle. I prayed it with you. I even Thank Him in advance for the quiet abode He has given me. To wake up filled with peace and to breathe.
In His Love, blessings.
