In The House of Grace: JESUS Makes You Rise, Take Up Your Bed And Walk!
In John 5, a man had an infirmity thirty-eight years. But while helplessly waiting in Bethesda to be made well, THE LORD JESUS came to the rescue.
“When JESUS saw him lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, “Do you want to be made well?” The sick man answered Him, “Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me.” JESUS said to him, “Rise, take up your bed and walk.” And immediately the man was made well, took up his bed, and walked. And that day was The Sabbath.” John 5:6-9.
Bethesda means “House of Mercy” or “House of Grace“. (Indeed, The Pool had five porches. Five is the number of Grace.)
It is only in The Place of Grace that “THE GOD OF ALL GRACE” (1 Peter 5:10) will make you rise, take up your bed and walk.
As written, “Let us therefore come boldly to The Throne of Grace, that we may obtain Mercy and find Grace to help in time of need.” Hebrews 4:16.
Now is our Sabbath Season: The Season of Rest. Rest in THE LORD.
Quit trying in your own strength, and shift into The Gear of Grace. Stop depending on your own ability and wisdom, and rather use The Wisdom of GOD.
How do you do that?
Do exactly what The Scripture says: Come boldly to The Throne of Grace, that you may obtain Mercy and find Grace to help in time of need.
Ask THE HOLY SPIRIT to show you and help you to do what, where, when and how, so as to make your way prosperous and have good success (Joshua 1:8).
When you entirely depend on and obey THE HOLY SPIRIT, you will always have His Wind in your sail. Yes, you will soar on His Wind, and then you will see that The Glide is The Glory.
Life in JESUS is not a grind if we depend on THE LORD and His Grace.
As He has said: “My Grace is sufficient for you, for My Strength is made perfect in weakness.” (2 Corinthians 12:9).
I speak to you by THE WORD OF THE LORD:
“Rise, take up your bed and walk!”
As a prophetic act, take a bed mat/ pad, a foam student mattress, a mattress topper, bed pad mattress, a duvet, or other light bedding item and walk around with it, declaring repeatedly: “In JESUS’ NAME, I rise, take up my bed and walk.”
“Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain! And he shall bring forth the capstone With shouts of “Grace, Grace to it!” ’ ” Zechariah 4:7.
Hallelu-YAH! GLORY!
“The LORD Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Grace be with you. Amen.” 2 Timothy 4:22.
“Farewell” Acts 15:29.
~ Jacob Addison Awagah
Jacob, an apostle of JESUS CHRIST by The Will of GOD, according to The Promise of Life Which is in CHRIST JESUS, (2 Timothy 1:1).
Like John, I like to put my head to The Heart of JESUS so as to know and do His Will always. What’s in His Heart is what matters now and FOREVER. His Heart’s Desire is my only desire. My will is to do His Will.
As John was, I am the disciple whom JESUS loves. And like Paul, I am “the prisoner of CHRIST JESUS” (Ephesians 3:1) for His Purpose forever: to obey Him always.
NB. Surely, the disciple whom JESUS loves and “the prisoner of CHRIST JESUS”, like ALL The Promises of GOD, are available to every believer to obtain, just as John and Paul did.
“And having been perfected, He [JESUS] became The Author of Eternal Salvation to all who obey Him,” Hebrews 5:9.
Your Grace Awagah! Thanks for this release in such a time like this. Regards Jimmy.
