Inconvenient Necessities in Your Christian Walk
As you advance into the divine purposes of The LORD Jesus Christ in advancing His Kingdom, you will realise there will be instructions, directives, and leadings of The Spirit of The LORD to you that can best be described as “inconvenient necessities”.
For instance, you could be mandated of God to stay quiet in the midst of great persecution and false accusations, when you could wield power and speak with a loud voice to defend yourself.
To the ruler, The LORD Jesus Christ said; to sell all he had, distribute to the poor and come follow him.
“Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me. And when he heard this, he was very sorrowful: for he was very rich,” Luke 18:22-23.
To the Apostle Peter, The LORD Jesus Christ said as seen in John 21,
“Verily, verily, I say unto thee, When thou wast young, thou girdedst thyself, and walkedst whither thou wouldest: but when thou shalt be old, thou shalt stretch forth thy hands, and another shall gird thee, and carry thee whither thou wouldest not,” John 21:18.
For some, you may be instructed to submit yourself in service to one who may be favorable or unfavourable to you.
What we don’t realise, is that the pathway to certain victories in The Kingdom will demand you fulfill and walk through inconvenient necessities.
If you follow through the instructions of The LORD, you will find the victories you longed desired.
