I am an imperfect vessel, oh I know,
I have a long ways to go
But with Your Grace
I know I can make it
Only Your Love can change me
And when I make mistakes—
And I know I make many,
I run to You instead of away
Repenting and seeking Your Face
And asking for forgiveness—
Your Love means much to me
Oh JESUS, I choose to walk with You
In Your Way, in Your Truth, in Your Life!
Oh JESUS increase Your Love in my heart
Fill me to overflowing — You are more satisfying than desert streams!
Oh JESUS, let my heart beat with Your Pure Love!
I remember to love others as I love myself
And to love You, my LORD God
With all my heart, all my soul and all my might!
Oh JESUS, show me Your Mercy and Grace!
Draw me closer than ever to Your Heart!
Everyday I remember Your Blood
That was shed on that destined day
Everyday I remember Your Resurrection Power
That rose You from the grave
Oh such a Love is like no other!
Only You could have made the Way!

Keep it tender like the spring grass
Keep it sheltered in Your Mighty Hands
Break up the hard soil in my heart
Soften it and make it fertile
Plant Your Seed of Love therein
Watering abundantly
Thus, under Your care,
It grows stronger and stronger—
I am like a willow twig
I am like a green olive tree in the House of God!

“But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God. I trust in the steadfast love of God forever and ever.” Psalm 52:8.
“Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love.” 1 John 4:8.
“We love because he first loved us.” 1 John 4:19.
“By this we know love, that he laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers.” 1 John 3:16.
“Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth.” 1 John 3:18.
“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.” Deuteronomy 6:4-5.
