Everything/ every occurrence in The Word of God and our lives, as arranged by Him, was planned, purposed and executed by Him to fulfill The Counsel of His Will.

All done “according to The Purpose of Him Who works all things according to The Counsel of His Will”  (Ephesians 1:11 NKJV).

Feed on Him Who was born in a Manger 

A manger is a feed trough/feeding trough.

Jesus The Good Shepherd was born in a Manger because God wants us the sheep to feed on Him.

Indeed The LORD Himself revealed, “As The Living Father sent Me, and I live because of The Father, so he who feeds on Me will live because of Me.“ (John 6:57 NKJV).

How do you feed on Jesus?

• Have Faith in Him continually.

We must trust in Jesus in all things at all times.

Our Testimony must be exactly as the chorus of that Andraé Crouch classic says:

“Through it all

Through it all

I’ve learned to trust in Jesus

I’ve learned to trust in God

Through it all

Tthrough it all

I’ve learned to depend upon His Word.”

And the great psalmist, David, declared:

“Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You. In God (I will praise His Word), In God I have put my trust; I will not fear. What can flesh do to me?”   Psalm 56:3-4 NKJV.

“Blessed be The LORD my Rock, Who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle — My Lovingkindness and my Fortress, My High Tower and my Deliverer, My Shield and The One in Whom I take refuge, Who subdues my people under me.”   Psalm 144:1-2 NKJV.

• Have Fellowship with Him. A primary reason why God called us, is to be in The Fellowship of His Son (1 Corinthians 1:9).

Fellowship with Jesus is by always meditating on Him, praying, studying His Word, thanking Him, praising and worshiping Him as He wants; thinking, speaking and acting only by His Holy Spirit; doing only what, where, when and how He wants — everyday, every night; night and day, day and night.

• Have Faith in His Name for and in all things.
• Have Faith in His Power for and in all things. 
• Have Faith in His Blood for and in all things.
• Have Faith in His Faithfulness for and in all things. For He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5-6).
• Consider and ponder and praise His Unsearchable Greatness (Psalm 145:3; 1 Chronicles 29:11-12).

The heavens (full of countless trillions of galaxies) alone show His Greatness.  For He created them all by His Great Power and Outstretched Arm.

And He commands us to look up at them and think on His Greatness:

“Lift up your eyes on high, and see! Who created these? The One Who brings out their host by number, The One Who calls them all by name. Because of His great Strength and vast Power, not one is missing.”   Isaiah 40:26 TLV.

Ponder this: If the heavens are expansively so HUGE, how big then is The God Who stretched them out by His Outstretched Arm?

In case you are wondering about that, God can even stretch forth His Hand from Heaven to the earth and deliver you from troubles (Psalm 144:7).

• Behold and be beholden to His Glory (2 Corinthians 3:18). Yes, behold and be beholden to The Endless Dimensions of His Glory.

John had seen His Glory in The Transfiguration (Matthew 17:2).  But when he saw The LORD in yet another Dimension of His Glory — FAR greater, he fell at His Feet as dead! (Revelation 1:16-17).

• Depend on Him for everything, in everything, through everything.
• Take The Communion often (you can do so daily/nightly).

The Word Communion/ Fellowship (Greek: koinónia — pronounced: koy-nohn-EE-ah) means “Fellowship, communion, participation, sharing” (Strong’s Greek #2842).  It is The Sharing of The Body and Blood of The LORD — thus literally feeding on The Flesh and The Blood of God to have Divine Life and Nourishment (John 6:53-58).

• Many other means of Feeding on Jesus abound in the very vast Field of His Word.

As the world is increasingly scorched and parched, Jesus is The Only Pasture of Tender Grass for His Flock to graze and lie down on, in continual Fellowship with Him.

Feed on Jesus.  Feed on Jesus instead of fear, anxiety, worry, unforgiveness, bitterness, hate and other deadly poisons served by the murderer (the devil) as a snare to steal, kill and destroy.

“The LORD is my Shepherd; I do not lack. He makes me to lie down in Pastures of Tender Grass; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in The Paths of Righteousness for His Name’s Sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your Rod and Your Staff, they comfort me. You prepare a Table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with Oil; My Cup runs over. Surely Goodness and Mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in The House of The LORD forever.”   Psalm 23:1-6.

Jesus Alone is our Hope, Jesus Alone is our Peace.  (See 1 Timothy 1:1; Ephesians 2:14).  Look to Him. Seek Him. Day and night, night and day.

He Alone has all that you need.

He Alone has perfect Help for you.

Jacob, an apostle of JESUS CHRIST by The Will of GOD, according to The Promise of Life Which is in CHRIST JESUS, (2 Timothy 1:1).
Like John, I like to put my head to The Heart of JESUS so as to know and do His Will always. What’s in His Heart is what matters now and FOREVER. His Heart’s Desire is my only desire. My will is to do His Will.
As John was, I am the disciple whom JESUS loves. And like Paul, I am “the prisoner of CHRIST JESUS” (Ephesians 3:1) for His Purpose forever: to obey Him always.
NB. Surely, the disciple whom JESUS loves and “the prisoner of CHRIST JESUS”, like ALL The Promises of GOD, are available to every believer to obtain, just as John and Paul did.
“And having been perfected, He [JESUS] became The Author of Eternal Salvation to all who obey Him,” Hebrews 5:9.
