“His mother said to the servants, “Whatever He says to you, do it!” ” John 2:5.

If you don’t do What Jesus is telling you, you won’t get what He has for you.

They didn’t have to build dams in the wilderness to get water to drink. They didn’t have to undertake great civil works of amazing engineering ingenuity to build headwaters to have portable water in the wilderness. Yet they had torrential flow of water more than they needed.

JESUS gave them Water from The Rock — “That Rock was Christ.” (1 Corinthians 10:4). (Please see Exodus 17:5-7, Numbers 20:7-8, Psalm 78:15-16)

They didn’t have to establish hatcheries and run large poultry farms in the wilderness. Yet they had uncountable millions of poultry birds for meat.

JESUS gave them quails without number.

“Now, A Wind went out from The Lord, and It brought quail from the sea and left them fluttering near the camp, about a day’s journey on this side and about a day’s journey on the other side, all around the camp, and about two cubits above the surface of the ground.” Numbers 11:31.

Quails are not sea birds, remember?

But, JESUS CHRIST The Creator, brought the terrestrial birds (ground-dwelling birds) from the sea!

Oh, His MAJESTY!

Having run out of wine at the wedding, the groom, well… his day-of management/ coordinators didn’t have to frantically dash to the winery or wineshop to get more wine. Yet they had “the good wine” instantly.

JESUS turned water in six water-pots of stone (FILLED), “containing twenty or thirty gallons apiece”, into “the good wine” (John 2:6, 10), saving the groom’s blushes.

His anxious disciples didn’t have to spend two hundred days’ wages, going all over town, running from bakery to bakery snapping up every loaf (to amass “two hundred denarii worth of bread” — Mark 6:37) to feed over five thousand people attending Jesus’s Convention in the wilderness.

Out of five loaves and two fish, JESUS CHRIST The Bread of Life, fed them all, with twelve baskets-full left over.

He repeated His multiplication miracle some other time to feed over four thousand also.

In all the foregoing and more, The LORD gave specific Instructions to be obeyed. And then He did The Miracles.

What Instruction has Jesus given you?

Whatever He says to you, do It!

What do you need, even urgently?

Ask, get and obey Jesus’ Instructions; His Instructions never fail when obeyed.

In Christ Jesus, It is all about Him and What He wants us to do.

He has it all planned for each one of us before we were born.

Which baby in the womb ever worries about swaddling clothes he would wear, breast milk and baby formula to feed him, a crib to lay him in, and all other needs when he is born?

If human parents go to every extent to prepare and provide for their children, how much more shall God not provide for us His children?

Therefore, Whatever Jesus says to you, do It, and you will have your needs met.

“As you therefore have received Christ Jesus The Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in The Faith, as you have been taught, abounding in It with thanksgiving.” Colossians 2:6-7.

“But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The Things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For The Spirit searches all things, yes, The Deep Things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows The Things of God except The Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but The Spirit Who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.” “ 1 Corinthians 2:9-12.

Jacob, an apostle of JESUS CHRIST by The Will of GOD, according to The Promise of Life Which is in CHRIST JESUS, (2 Timothy 1:1).
Like John, I like to put my head to The Heart of JESUS so as to know and do His Will always. What’s in His Heart is what matters now and FOREVER. His Heart’s Desire is my only desire. My will is to do His Will.
As John was, I am the disciple whom JESUS loves. And like Paul, I am “the prisoner of CHRIST JESUS” (Ephesians 3:1) for His Purpose forever: to obey Him always.
NB. Surely, the disciple whom JESUS loves and “the prisoner of CHRIST JESUS”, like ALL The Promises of GOD, are available to every believer to obtain, just as John and Paul did.
“And having been perfected, He [JESUS] became The Author of Eternal Salvation to all who obey Him,” Hebrews 5:9.
