Laws of Reciprocity
The biblical law of reciprocity is relatively simple, I believe.
You reap what you sow!
So, what have you sowed and what will you reap?
If you have sowed foolishly then you will reap more foolishness.
If you sowed evil you will reap evil.
However, if you have sowed well then you will reap well.
If you have sowed into rich, fertile soil, then you will reap 30, 60, 100-fold.
The Word of God promises this!
So, what, and where have you or has your Church, sowed?
Do you just feed the poor and leave it at that, or do you invest time into them, talk to them about Jesus, help them in other ways?
Do you sit in your pews and worship God beautifully but wait for the lost to come to you, or do you go out into the streets and actively engage the unchurched?
What do you sow?
I’m not trying to convict you or judge you — many of these activities are anathema to people.
All I do is ask the questions that The Holy Spirit asks me — it’s His job to do any convicting that may be needed.
~ Chris G. Bennett
Chris Bennett came to salvation in 1962 but didn’t begin ministry until 2007 — a late-comer! Now mandated by The LORD to prophesy and open old wells of revival in the U.K., but especially in Wales. He has also operated Healing Rooms, and worked with deliverance teams, all with his wife, Linda. Happily now doing whatever The LORD asks of them! Founder, with wife Linda, of their ministry The Upper Room Encounter.
