Pray for the mercy of God to prevail over the children.
Many times the children are left to face the ramifications of the wicked deeds of their fathers, forefathers.
“Our fathers have sinned, and are not; and we have borne their iniquities” Lamentations 5:7 KJV.
The generation curse of suffering and plague, even death that come upon the children can likely be the result of parental and ancestral transgressions.
The present generation, though not directly responsible for those past sins, is experiencing the repercussion and divine punishment.
Character Assassination
The people you decide to stop sinning with, will have the most demeaning and undermining things to say about you to people in an effort to try and assassinate your character.
This proves they were NEVER friends to begin with and the rupture in the relationship exposed their true hearts.
But remember, when you lay with dogs you rise with fleas.
You have to understand that associating with disreputable people will likely lead to negative consequences, or affect your own reputation and your well being, so now you’ve come to knowledge of the truth just shake them off and continue on the upward path.
Jesus Christ said in Matthew 10:34 that He didn’t come to bring peace but a sword that means you’ll be compelled to make difficult choices regarding your faith and loyalties.
Thank God for the separation and let the dead leaves fall!

The Grave
It is said that the grave is the wealthiest place, because it has swallowed many with awesome gifts, talents, great potentials, skills , even unfulfilled purpose, dreams and desires.
As earthen vessels with the glorious knowledge of Christ may the grave never receive us and our children before our treasures are opened and discovered to the glory of God.
Care in Speech
We are encouraged in the book of Colossians 4:6 to let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.
The enemy will always seek occasion to try to disqualify and prove immaturity or unworthiness of a call or office or assignment with various temptations in this case with prejudicial arguments.
With this said it is crucial that we remain prudent, discerning and tactful and by God’s grace avoid the snare.
As the salt of the earth, let us endeavor to keep our hearts free of corruption and in all humility as possible, wisdom being the principal thing in all forms of communication.
Be savvy in dealing with adversaries while maintaining moral integrity and purity.
“ Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.” Colossians 4:6.

Praise God! God bless you, dearly beloved and beautiful sister in Jesus Christ! Amen and Amen! This is so on point and hits some things in which I’ve had to encounter and deal with. Breaking off sinful cycles, relationships and soul ties, yes, the true heart of those individuals have been shown, which is not pretty to look at, but Glory be to God for the breaking of chains, shackles and bondages.
Yes, I have to agree with how to answer every person, even if you are lined up with the 100% truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, following his principles and laws, the Father of lies – is always trying to bring and find accusation against the believers of Jesus Christ, but you are so right, we have to keep our peace and allowing the Holy Spirit to guard our tongue, praying for the right, the most edifying words to use in addressing.
