Our Prayer Father: Total Surrender to You!
Our Beloved Father,
The days seem to flow one after the other.
We feel the weight of expectation that weighs inexorably on our human realities.
It is true that our spirit is ready, but our flesh is weak and duels fiercely within us.
The more we desire to do your will, the more the difficulties of this life emerge to block us.
But only one thing remains for us, and that is total surrender, not limited but total, to You, Most High Father.
LORD, help us even in this, because even this is sometimes difficult for us.
Make us blind and deaf to this world so that we can rely completely and totally on You.
You will guide us, You will take us to places we could never reach with our own strength.
LORD, we are here like the servant who, after seven years, could have decided to go free, but instead chose to have his “ear pierced”, declaring to the world his loyalty to his master.
LORD, “pierce our ears” because we voluntarily choose to serve and follow you!
May You glorify Yourself in our lives by sending us to those who live beyond the hedges, those who feel inadequate, sinners, and unworthy of participating in Your gathering, Your banquet, Your table.
LORD, You died for sinners, because, as You said, “It is the sick who need a doctor.”
Father, today’s world is demonstrating its arrogance in this too… how many heal themselves without a doctor.
We, Father, need You more every day; we are sick, and our only medicine is You.
Help those who have been ensnared by the enemy; go out to meet them as You went to rescue Peter after the resurrection.
Jesus, Peter had returned to doing what he knew how to do: fishing, but You walked 80 miles to reaffirm his ministry.
You bring your people back on track because the gift You have placed in them is too precious to be wasted in a world of sin and darkness.
Our Beloved Yeshua
“Behold, My Servant Whom I have chosen, My Beloved in and with Whom My soul is well pleased and has found its delight. I will put My Spirit upon Him, and He shall proclaim and show forth justice to the nations.
He will not strive or wrangle or cry out loudly; nor will anyone hear His voice in the streets;
A bruised reed He will not break, and a smoldering (dimly burning) wick He will not quench, till He brings justice and a just cause to victory.
And in and on His name will the Gentiles (the peoples outside of Israel) set their hopes.” (Matthew 12:18-21)
