The past few weeks through all the pandemonium and pandemics in our country I’ve noticed that people have been desperately seeking A Word from God.
Unbelievers are searching for answers and believers want to know what The Holy Spirit is saying in this hour.
We are living in extreme times and experiencing radical behavior in all walks of life. The only people who could turn this chaos around are Holy Spirit filled believers who are strong, sold out to Jesus and walking in an uncompromising holiness and dedication to The LORD.
Passive Christianity will not work in the days ahead.
The LORD is raising up a generation who will not tolerate mundane Christianity. They will not settle for less than the inevitable supernatural intervention of God.
The apostle Paul said in 1 Corinthians 2:4, “My speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in The Power of God.”
This afternoon, The LORD brought me to the scripture of the woman with the issue of blood. That woman desperately pushed through the crowd in faith to touch Jesus cloak (mantle) knowing that she would be made whole.
His garment was a prayer shawl with blue tassels on the hem. In Numbers 15:37-40 The LORD instructed Moses to tell the Israelites to make tassels (Hebrew tzitzit) on the corners of their garments, to help them to remember and keep all the commandments of The LORD, as well as a sign of holiness.
As I was studying this scripture, I found that this woman actually touched the blue tassel (kraspedon) on the hem of his robe. After she touched, it she was immediately made whole.
Jesus turned around and asked: “Who touched Me?” That word touch is to fasten one’s self to, adhere to, and cling to.
This scripture is implying that she made a connection with Jesus though touching His robe in faith. His garment is not what healed her, but it was His anointing.
The scripture goes on to say that virtue went out of Him and her faith had healed her.
The word virtue is dynamis (Strong’s G1411) which means strength, power and ability. It is inherent power residing in a thing by virtue of its nature, or which a person exerts and puts forth.
The definition is also referring to power for performing miracles and the power and influence which belong to riches and wealth.
The LORD says; “I AM looking for those who are desperate and will press in no matter what the cost. They are those who are determined to connect with Me and will not be afraid to press in through the crowds.
They will confront any dispute or debate. They will draw on My anointing to hear from Me. It is My Anointing that heals and My Anointing that sets people free.
My Anointing will remove the heavy burden from your shoulders and break off the yoke of bondage,

“Now a woman, having a flow of blood for twelve years, who had spent all her livelihood on physicians and could not be healed by any, came from behind and touched the border of His garment. And immediately her flow of blood stopped. And Jesus said, “Who touched Me?” When all denied it, Peter and those with him said, “Master, the multitudes throng and press You, and You say, ‘Who touched Me?’ ” But Jesus said, “Somebody touched Me, for I perceived power going out from Me.” Now when the woman saw that she was not hidden, she came trembling; and falling down before Him, she declared to Him in the presence of all the people the reason she had touched Him and how she was healed immediately. And He said to her, “Daughter, be of good cheer; your faith has made you well. Go in peace,” ” Luke 8:43-48.
“For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. I was with you in weakness, in fear, and in much trembling. And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God,” 1 Corinthians 2:2-5.
