Two legal jurisdictions and jurisprudences operate in the earth: The Law of The Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus and the law of sin and death.

“For The Law of The Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus set me free from the law of sin and of death” Romans 8:2 LSV.

As our LORD has said, “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have Life, and that they may have It more abundantly.“ John 10:10 NKJV.

When there is a decree of death (any evil report/ result/ outcome such as a medical diagnosis of sickness and disease, a job loss, a foreclosure, a financial need, and so on), you have to overturn it and replace it with The Decree of Deliverance — The LORD’s Deliverance.

You must, by Holy Spirit-led decrees and declarations shoot “The Arrow of The LORD’s Deliverance and The Arrow of Deliverance from Syria” as Elisha instructed in 2 Kings 13:

‘And he said, “Open the east window”; and he opened it. Then Elisha said, “Shoot”; and he shot. And he said, “The Arrow of The LORD’s Deliverance and The Arrow of Deliverance from Syria; for you must strike the Syrians at Aphek till you have destroyed them.” ‘ 2 Kings 13:17 NKJV.

You must use your tongue to counteract the decree of death. You must use your tongue to speak Life into the situation as given Utterance by The Holy Spirit.

“Death and life [are] in the power of the tongue, || And those loving it eat its fruit.” Proverbs 18:21 LSV.

Your tongue has supernatural power to produce death (if you speak what is not by God), or to produce Life (if you speak by The Spirit What is of God).

If you don’t speak and decree What The Holy Spirit gives you (a Scripture, a prophecy, His Utterance of a particular Bible-based statement, a thought, a vision, a dream, etc.) but accept the bad report and become sorrowful, you allow the decree of death to stand!

You must violently fight back an evil report with Kingdom Force, with The Power and Authority of The King Eternal — The LORD Jesus Christ (Matthew 11:12; Luke 9:1; 10:19).

Today 4 March 2026 is the final day of Purim.

To have Purim Triumph, with the king’s authority, Mordecai and Esther had to decree their own deliverance (the deliverance of the Jews) from the death sentence Haman had decreed to annihilate them.

‘Now Esther spoke again to the king, fell down at his feet, and implored him with tears to counteract the evil of Haman the Agagite, and the scheme which he had devised against the Jews. And the king held out the golden scepter toward Esther. So Esther arose and stood before the king, and said, “If it pleases the king, and if I have found favor in his sight and the thing seems right to the king and I am pleasing in his eyes, let it be written to revoke the letters devised by Haman, the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, which he wrote to annihilate the Jews who are in all the king’s provinces. For how can I endure to see the evil that will come to my people? Or how can I endure to see the destruction of my countrymen?” Then King Ahasuerus said to Queen Esther and Mordecai the Jew, “Indeed, I have given Esther the house of Haman, and they have hanged him on the gallows because he tried to lay his hand on the Jews. You yourselves write a decree concerning the Jews, as you please, in the king’s name, and seal it with the king’s signet ring; for whatever is written in the king’s name and sealed with the king’s signet ring no one can revoke.” ‘

Have you received a decree of death (a negative report)?

Don’t accept it! Counteract and revoke it by The Decree of Deliverance! Revoke it by The Blood of Jesus! Cancel it by The Blood!!

By Holy Spirit-led Utterance, decree and declare Whatever is written in The King’s Name: JESUS CHRIST. And it will be done for you by Him.

Wait on The LORD, seek The LORD to know and say and do What The Holy Spirit says to you.

Recently, The Holy Spirit caused me to call a senior management executive of a major company. (He is the head of their foremost operations).

We last spoke in 2024.

But in that very moment, when I obeyed and called him as The Holy Spirit had instructed me, the man said to me that he was at a private health facility (a very exclusive and expensive one I know very well).

What’s the matter? I asked him with concern.

He said that he had been off work for three days because of a sudden debilitating and excruciating back pain.

And now, the doctors told him that he had “a degenerative bone disease.”

“Don’t accept it!” I shouted down the line with spiritual understanding and violence.

When I called him as The Holy Spirit had ordered my steps, he was just about leaving the health facility.

As he told me on the phone, he went from his vehicle (at the car park) to the doctor and back, in a wheelchair.

We were speaking while he was returning to his vehicle.

Discerning that The Holy Spirit had occasioned the moment to set him free, I boldly told him that I’ll pray for him and he will be healed. But that he should put his focus on Jesus, and not me.

With unwavering Faith in The Power of God to heal, I prayed for him with violence against the evil spirits plaguing him, and he was HEALED that very instant!

Hallelu-YAH! Glory to MY LORD JESUS CHRIST!!!

The big man, the senior corporate executive, had been in a wheelchair, remember?

Well, after praying for him, I urged him to get up and walk, and not doubt.

He obliged.

When he acted in Faith, he started walking without even the slightest bit of the excruciating, incapacitating pain he had been suffering for days.

My ears heard him very well, and my mouth shouted praises to JESUS in response when the man said repeatedly:

“I feel like walking home.” (I laughed with a guffaw when he said that). And then he next said: “I feel like going to work…” (It was still mid-morning at the time, and the health facility was less than ten minutes’ drive away from his workplace.)

We must never accept what the enemy throws at us.

Medical diagnosis and prognosis are major means by which the devil, a liar and the father lies (John 8:44) makes people accept his oppression.

Evil medical facts are destroyed by the miracle truth of healing by The Power of God.

Whose report will you believe?

Always choose to believe The Report of The LORD — His Promises over evil prognosis.

While Jairus was seeking Jesus to heal his dying daughter, someone came from his house, saying to him, “Your daughter is dead. Do not trouble the Teacher.”

But when Jesus heard the evil report, He said to Jairus: “Do not be afraid; only believe, and she will be made well.” (Luke 8:49-50 NKJV).

He then went and raised the girl from the dead.

If Jairus had disobeyed Jesus and feared and did not believe as He had commanded him, his daughter would not have been raised up by Jesus.

God works with our Faith. If you doubt, you literally cut off His Power to deliver.

Therefore, no matter what is happening, no matter the situation, do not be afraid, do not doubt; only believe, and Jesus will deliver you.

Always believe, pray and obey. And you will surely overcome by The Power of God.

Overturn the decree of death, and replace it with the Decree of Deliverance by The LORD.

As Jesus has given us The AMAZING Divine Privilege, Power and Authority in Matthew 16:19; 18:18, we have The Keys of The Kingdom of Heaven, and whatever we bind on earth will have been bound in Heaven, and whatever we loose on earth will have been loosed in Heaven.

Like Mordecai and Esther, use your Power and Authority in The King’s Name (JESUS) to overcome, to have victory.

Fear not. Choose to believe The Report of The LORD. Overturn the decree of death, and replace it with the Decree of Deliverance by The LORD.

Jacob, an apostle of JESUS CHRIST by The Will of GOD, according to The Promise of Life Which is in CHRIST JESUS, (2 Timothy 1:1).

NB. Surely, the disciple whom JESUS loves and “the prisoner of CHRIST JESUS”, like ALL The Promises of GOD, are available to every believer to obtain, just as John and Paul did.
“And having been perfected, He [JESUS] became The Author of Eternal Salvation to all who obey Him,” Hebrews 5:9.
