  1. I loved this post! Funny – but I was just invited to give a name – to name someone’s new baby foal. How timely that you spoke of
    What a wonderful post.

I often call the “Lord Sabbaoth” – of the Armies of heaven. Horses speak of strength – perfect for our God. Our Warrior King is coming back on a majestic white horse. Better keep those sweet sugar-cubes in my pocket- need Him close to me.

  2. Thank you Beverly – I loved your story and that’s one of my heart’s desire’s too – to run with the horses

And We one day, too :
    “Run with the Horses”
    with Our Lord and Commander”
    When HE Returns on
    HIS White Horse..
    Until then…. We keep Training
and Fighting as HE Us Leads.

  4. BRAVO! Bev, this is such a perfect picture of the urgency of where we truly are! I have read it several times and the last time I heard The “race,” is literally a marathon, not just a gallop or a slight sprint. life. We are at a crucial turning point to choose to stay the course just as those witnesses in heaven that were faithful to the end. Paul said it so well, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith” (2 Timothy 4:7).May we jump in the saddle and win the trophy of faithfulness. xoxo Sandi

  5. Thank you for such a beautiful reminder that The Lord is always with us. Your “Run with the Horses “ was the very first thing I saw this morning and it has made my day!! Thank you Lord for all the blessings you have given me, you are my rock and Savior!  You give me strength to meet each day with calmness, joy and the knowledge that you are with me.

  6. Secretariat’s secret was his heart. His heart was three times the size of a thoroughbred’s heart. That is the SECRET IN SECRETariat.
