A few years ago now, a well known evangelist whom we used to help a bit on his travels, spoke of a Dream/ Vision he’d had about Revival starting in Scotland, and then moving south.
He saw a large Combine Harvester sweep across Scotland from east to west, harvesting souls as it went.
Then it would go back the other way. It did this several times, starting on the northernmost coast, and making its way down to England — where it continued to go from side to side until it had covered the whole of mainland Britain.
This way the Harvester covered all of Scotland, England, and Wales. This was his Vision of Revival in The United Kingdom.
Then, more recently, I read another very similar Prophecy about Revival starting around the Thurso area on the northern coast of Scotland.
Once again, revival started in the north and swept south, finally covering the whole of mainland U.K.
Now, tonight, I’ve heard Robin Bullock prophesy revival coming to Scotland — but this time with no other country nominated.
See also the HKP Word: “Prophetic Word for Scotland“, on Facebook.
That’s three times I’ve heard a definite prophecy of revival in The U.K., starting in Scotland, and sweeping south.
Now God usually mentions things multiple times for emphasis or to ensure we get the message. Three times, with years between each Prophecy, each stating Scotland first, then the rest of Britain.
In fairness, I’ve also heard Wales mentioned a few times, in the same manner. And to complete the set, I’ve actually heard England prophesied as starting up the east coast and spreading out from there — but that’s the only one I’ve heard nominating England as the start point!
Incidentally, I’ve personally prophesied Revival breaking out in several, or multiple places simultaneously and growing like a fast spreading forest fire going in all directions.
To be very honest, I personally don’t care where Revival starts — just so long as I’m involved somewhere along the line!
However, I’m impressed to get three such definitive prophecies, years apart, all saying Scotland.
God rarely says anything three times unless there’s something important for us to note in what He says.
Add to this a purely strange ‘coincidence’ that we both feel a very strange peace whenever we venture north of the border, and you have the reason for us seriously wondering about it all!
Is God pointing to Scotland being first to receive revival, or awakening, or renewal –=- a move of God by His Holy Spirit?
I’m not saying either way, as my preference is still for ‘many places simultaneously’ — but Scotland is very much on God’s Agenda.
I expect we all have an opinion and a preference, and this simultaneous eruption is still mine, but you have to wonder sometimes — don’t you?
After all, The LORD is very definitely the only one who knows for sure, isn’t He?

Chris Bennett came to salvation in 1962 but didn’t begin ministry until 2007 — a late-comer! Now mandated by The LORD to prophesy and open old wells of revival in the U.K., but especially in Wales. He has also operated Healing Rooms, and worked with deliverance teams, all with his wife, Linda. Happily now doing whatever The LORD asks of them! Founder, with wife Linda, of their ministry The Upper Room Encounter.
Scotland has just elected a non christian first minister. The covenanters paid in their blood in order for us to have the freedom to worship God and for us to be able to have the word of God to read for ourselves – not just through an earthly priest. In our education and universities we promote every god but our own one. We need to pray for courage to preach the truth of the gospel and repentance faithfully again even though we may be imprisoned and killed. We have rejected the one True God. Time for the church in Scotland to wake up and smell the coffee.
There is a longing in the hearts of believers to see Revival in Scotland. Here in the Highlands some church leaders are expressing a longing for it and there is definitely a recent shift whereby increasingly churches are reaching out and engaging with their local communities.
