Scriptures That Point to the Antichrist Figure — 14 Comments

  1. The truth is the truth with no excuses based on our “opinions “ if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck it is a duck. How many are deceived by straining at a knat , to make this man who they want him to be?. Has the church lost all discernment?.? He bought the loyalty of the people who support him by appealing to their fears of immigrants and making grand and boastful promises. Yet at his core he is purification, he doesn’t know God and is driven by a lying spirit. Yet part of the church puts more of their trust in him than they do the one who provides eternal salvation. SAD

  2. Good summary of scriptures. Clearly there have been many antichrists who can be identified by these revelations. Even so, some refuse to understand. But that, too, is the fulfillment of scripture.

    • There have been many who have speculated and continue to speculate, but when a person looks through this criteria, then only a certain person CLEARLY fits this label.

  3. Revelation 6:2 is not referring to the anti christ, but the prince of princes from Daniel 8:5.

Revelation 2:26–27 (LEB): And the one who conquers and who keeps my works until the end, I will give him authority over the nations, 27 and “he will shepherd them with an iron rod; he will break them in pieces like jars made of clay

1 John 5:5 (LEB): Now who is the one who conquers the world except the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

John 16:7–8 (LEB): For if I do not go away, the Advocate will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you. 8 And when he* comes, he will convict the world concerning sin and concerning righteousness and concerning judgment

John 5:27 (LEB): And he has granted him authority to carry out judgment, because he is the Son of Man.

    • “I looked, and behold, a white horse, and he who sat on it had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and to conquer,” Revelation 6:2.

Dont confuse yourself as this verse above is in direct opposition to the Rider On the White Horse as seen in Rev.18

      • Hi Stephen,
The four horses in Rev.6 represents God’s timetable so you must look at in the same way you look at a clock which is divided in four ‘quarters’.
The Lord says He is the first and the last, the beginning and the end.

The first white horse – which therefore automatically will be the last – is the Kingdom of God which starts in the beginning of all time with Christ and shall defeat and conquer all other kingdoms throughout the ages. The last kingdom is death and hell which on the clock represent 21:00-00 where 00:00 represent that time no longer exists.
This last kingdom of death and hell is where we are right now.

During this last kingdom which is the fourth and last part on God’s clock, is also the same as the fourth and last generation which shall return to the Father which is described in Gen.15:16
“in the fourth (last quarter on the clock) generation they shall come hither again”
In the same verse we can also read that the ‘iniquity’ must be fulfilled , that is why we find ourselves in this living hell right now when every wickedness that possible can be imagine seems to be played out.

When Jesus says that the gate of hell cannot stand against His church He means that we, through our obedience to Him will come out from that hell in this last time.

Jesus is the conqueror on the white horse in Rev.6:2 The Lord is the only one who has a Bow and a Crown as well as the key to hell and death.

“I have the keys of hell and of death (the last of Satan’s kingdoms on earth). Rev.1:18

        • Maria, while I understand what you’re saying, you are mistaken about the identify of the first horse. (Let’s not argue over the point please. Sometimes many Christians have had the wrong teachings about these things, and then become quite stubborn and not willing to see them in the truth of what the scriptures are actually saying. )
As I said above “I looked, and behold, a white horse, and he who sat on it had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and to conquer,” Revelation 6:2.

Dont confuse yourself as this verse above is in direct opposition to the Rider On the White Horse as seen in Rev.18

          • He who sits on the White horse is the antichrist who masquerades as our Christ for a season, and whose time and power are granted only by our God Almighty.

  4. The sign of that we are in the end of times is not the rising of ‘one’ antichrist but that we re surrounded by antichrists.

There is only one Christ and that is the one who hear and obey the Father everything else is ‘antichrist’.

In other words, searching the antichrist can very well be as searching the own glasses while they are placed on the own head if one not constantly speaks only what one hear the Spirit of the Lord say.

“Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even NOW are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time (because they are everywhere in the Body of Christ ‘teaching Christ’ but without hearing and obeying the Father) 1John 2:18

    You ‘confess’ that Jesus Christhas come into your flesh when you speak what you hear the Father say, not by ‘loudly’ say the words ‘I confess that Jesus has come in the flesh’;

“For many deceivers are entered into the world (preaching Jesus Christ, but) who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh (because they do not hear the father speak). THIS is a deceiver and AND antichrist.2John 1:7
