Spiritual Toughness: The Warrior Mindset God Desires

Toughness is essential in The Kingdom of God. God wants us to be tough; to be warriors, or like boxers.

Imagine a boxer who was being trained by the best coach you could find. The boxer developed a strong mentality to take down the enemy and the boxer developed the clues and sensed to know when his opponent would throw a jab.

And imagine this boxer was developed physically so he was as strong as an ox. This man would have everything you want in a boxer: great coach, mentally prepared, and physically strong.

But now imagine when the fight is going to start, the boxer is outside of the ring, holding onto the ropes, and when the coach encourages him to step in the ring, he says, “No!”

“Tell My People that I AM missing toughness in The Church.

I want My People to be tough.

It is not enough to know the Word and believe The Word. You must fight!

You must be active in your life in knowing Me and fighting for Me.

Why do you think there are things not getting done?

Go in there and fight!

Spend every waking minute pouring out your heart to Me.

Allow Me to fight your battles — but it takes your effort too.

Come to Me and allow Me to rejuvenate you.

I will do great wonders in your life, but you must be tough.

Weak people don’t live!”

Now look at the issues in your life. Are you doing all you can to connect with Jesus?

For example, some people are upset that their child is not following God. But did that person fast, pray, beat with rod, read scripture to child growing up, etc?

If yes — do not worry, for that child is coming back to the LORD. It is in the hands of the LORD.

If no — repent!

This is what Jesus means by toughness.

• Be bold!
• Repent — and then fight!
• Do everything in your power and by The Word of God and power of The Holy Spirit to bring your son or daughter home!

This is a tough message, but Jesus is looking for toughness.

Someone who will go to any extent, no matter the time it takes or the pain they endure, to achieve breakthrough.

God is willingly and He has the power.

Your breakthrough is coming when you are tough so give it your all as you serve the LORD.
