Switching Lanes (Updated)
Update
October 12, 2025.
At the beginning of 2024 in January, The LORD gave me a Word about Switching Lanes and as I was pondering all the Bait and Switch things taking place in our world, I was drawn to read it and update.
I would like to give a short update, as we are approaching the end of 2025.
Many changes have taken place as a result of our selections and our elections.
Many who were once on the “Trump Train” are seemingly questioning His leadership and many have ‘jumped ship’ or ‘switched lanes,’ as the saying goes.
‘Switching lanes‘ somehow speaks of going forward in a different direction.
On the other hand, ‘jumped ship’ literally means totally finished, no longer going in the same direction.
We must truly drive carefully on the road called “life” in 2025 for it truly will be remembered as the year of massive transitions, both globally and personally as well.
Many personal transitions are leading to a final destination of carrying out our call of God.
For many, our call carries with it a need to be settled in the right place at the right time for the fulfillment of their assignment from The LORD.
The transitions that are taking place in government include many changes in leadership, uncovering of hidden deceptions and many issues regarding the love of money as well as the compromises leaders have made to obtain a place they deemed important.
I leave you with the prophecy I was given at the beginning of 2024 as well as what He spoke to me this very morning in October 2025.
The LORD spoke clearly, “Daughter, I AM now orchestrating a great awakening.
Yes, many are saying, I have heard that before but I say to you, it is not only a Global awakening of Truth but a monumental arising of My People who have been equipped for this end-time to arise out of passivity and walk in the fullness of their identity and call for now is the hour.
It is a Season of world-changing Revival, but also a time of Holy Boldness and Holiness unto The LORD, to grip the hearts of mankind.
I AM sweeping the earth with the spirit of The Fear of The LORD, and those who have fallen under the covering of the fear of man shall have an awakening of what LOVE is.
I AM opening blind eyes to those who have been blinded by what they see in the world.
I AM opening hearts to receive My Love and understanding of a sound mind.
Shout it from the rooftops, My Daughter, that I have come to put them of the right road called LIFE, the Life I have planned for them.
But remember this, I always give them a choice.
This time it is to stay in the right lane that leads to eternal life!” says The One who is ETERNAL LIFE.
Switching Lanes

When The LORD gives you an Assignment, He speaks to your spirit many times through things in the natural.
For instance, there are many symbols to take note of and especially in dreams and visions. So remember this, in the spirit, your car represents your Ministry.
As I was seeking The LORD about a matter of the heart and I brought up my call to ministry to Him, He said, “Take care to stay on the road I send you on until you reach the desired destination of your assignment I have given you.
If the person you are assigned to switches lanes unexpectedly, and it seems that their car (ministry, calling, assignment) hits you blindsided, i.e. unexpectedly without warning do not allow it to destroy you or your call, give it back to me.
Remember. I AM all knowing and nothing takes Me by surprise. Every assignment has a two-fold purpose. I will turn it for your good.”
My friends, when I stopped to ponder what The LORD is saying, I realized ‘we really are driving on the road of life’ and there is no time or reason to look back.
There is nothing that we can change from yesterday and tomorrow is not promised but TODAY is our moment.
If you have followed me at all, you know I am always talking about TODAY and the HEART.
This is so critical in these last days to accept what we cannot change, make the changes The LORD shows you using Wisdom — not to get stuck or delayed — but wake up to the timing of The LORD!
“My daughter, do not lose sight of the spirits at work in the world as well as The Church when you are assigned to pray as an intercessor and pass the baton as a teacher and leader.
Remember, the spirit of competition is at work and it successfully caused them to switch lanes.
The spirit of division allowed the spirit of betrayal to join hands with competition to change the direction of the assignment,” says the one who is The True Intercessor.
So. I said, “LORD, what do I do?”
He responded quickly, “Nothing! It is happening in these last days as many are focusing on building a big following and spirit of the world is using this pattern to gain control of The Nations.
It will always be a demonstration of the motive of their heart. Keep a watch over your heart.”
I asked The LORD what would her caused this, and when this kind of thing happens, are we as intercessors released from the assignment?
The LORD said, “Each Assignment is different and stands alone, and you must always come running back to me for Wisdom.”
He continued to point out once again that it begins in our heart. “When the desire of their heart is focused on self and self-importance which is the spirit ruling the world at this time, it can easily creep into the hearts of man and ministries.
Remember, one of the guidelines I have taught you is to respond in the opposite spirit.
It is not your problem — but their problem. When this takes place, the spirit of justification always jumps in to justify the action.”
There is a lesson to be learned in every experience when The LORD reveals the heart and the truth at the same time.
So, let it go! Forgive as an act of your will, and walk it out all the way to The Cross until you can say with Jesus, “Father forgive them, for they know not what they do.”
“I AM your beloved and you are My Beloved, and I have come to remind you the eye is important, say focused.
Keep a single eye and a Holy Vision.
I AM giving My Called-out ones a NEW, BIG Vision for what is ahead. Be careful what you watch!
Do not get caught up in the ‘news’ of the media and the world, do not be caught up in the whirlwind of the the changes in the world — but KEEP YOUR HEART WITH ALL DILIGENCE for out of it flows all the issues of life as you well know.”
Proverbs 4:23 is the scripture referred to. Remember that it is telling us that whatever we allow to enter into our hearts, if we don’t stop (and I like to say..stop, look, and listen) and evaluate and examine our heart properly, will be expressed in our actions all through our lives either in a positive or negative way.
Another way to see it that I like is ..
“So above all, guard the affections of your heart, for they affect all that you are. Pay attention to the welfare of your innermost being, for from there flows the wellspring of life.” Proverbs 4:23 TPT
That part ‘all that you are’ truly always grabs my attention.
“I instruct you today, whether you are a called intercessor or a prayer warrior, seek My Heart and trust Me to heal, redeem and turn everything for My Glory.
As you live daily for ‘an Audience of One’ to fulfill your destiny, you shall have access to the King in The Throne Room.
Switching lanes is very common in the world today. Many are fear motivated, some are power motivated, but all are motivated by a heart that desires control.
You are IN the world, but not OF the World. Stop looking back when you are driving forward.
Keep focused on your divine destination, because I have gone before you and I am directing your path to a special assignment just for you.
Put on your dancing shoes that you received in 2024 and get ready to dance for the joy of The LORD has gone before you and Abundance and Great Increase along with a Higher Dimension of Authority shall meet you at the gate!”

Sandi this really spoke to me. Also what Pamie commented! I have had to personally pull back from listening to so much of the media. It can take your focus even with good intentions to hear what’s truth. We must be sharp as intercessors.
Getting back, some things i could personally identify and hit close to home with your updated message. Some you may have walked very close with all a sudden, switch lanes or even just jump ship! It seems the twisted of your meaning can apply here also in some situations.
May I Just pull out what the Lord spoke, “Keep a single eye and a Holy Vision.”
Lord I pray you help us to apply wisdom and discernment every day and keep balanced. I pray no little foxes get in with offenses. We choose to forgive and let go. Lord help us all to gently, wisely and fully advance your Kingdom in righteousness and peace with no compromise of the faith or the gospel. In Jesus Holy Name we pray. Amen.

So incredible!! I dreamt this Word Sandi!!
I was driving in my car in this dream, when a naked, very beautiful woman, was out walking. I didn’t look at her but kept my eyes on the road, which I knew to do through traing. Suddenly a car with a heavy set dark haired woman slammed into me flattening my tire. I simply got out, fixed my tire, and kept going. But the wreckage was everywhere!! There were pile ups for miles with people who couldn’t stop staring at this woman!!
God help us!!
In this journey through the “dark shadows”, the Lord has taught me that everything is an opportunity!! I used to become much more easily distracted by the things going on on the side of the road, but have been practicing keeping my focus on what’s ahead. This takes intentionality, for sure!!

It most definitely is a heart issue and the LORD has warned me not to watch the news anymore unless someone tells me about what’s going on. We have to watch our eye gates especially as intercessors I don’t want anything interfering with hearing my King and my flesh to get in the way and you have to stay focused. The message and timing of this are perfect for me. Reading this and thinking about some people I find myself concerned about their response to a message, I thought about the rich young ruler, how Jesus loved him, but did not continue to chase after him. We can’t control how people respond. I just need to not let offense creep in and continue to love and pray for them.

Dear MF, Thank you sometimes seems hardly enough..I am glad that you received it. I actually almost told Angus to take it down… I felt it might be too personal and straightforward for some but the Lord said No. I do live daily for an Audience of ONE and I am forever grateful that I have traveled the road of competition and survived (seems like barely at times..lol) but it is a cruel world out there and growing up as a dancer, model all I knew was competition and self. Indeed, I too see changes or should we saw Unexpected entrances and surprises from heaven that will make the comfortable very uncomfortable and the uncomfortable much more comfortable. Indeed, a turning everything upside down and right side up awaits us as Heaven is the author of ‘earthquakes’..may we ever be reminded, what is going on in the natural is a mirror of what is in the spirit. Um, wow. Trying to discern what He’s saying to me through this. Today, I was in my 4th car accident in the last 2 years. I know we are all going through major trials but I feel like I’m missing something. This is insane. My husband left, my daughter is still battling health attacks, my son is still battling confusion and foolish thinking and we are all armed up and using the sword. I couldn’t even list all the attacks in the last 3 years if I tried. I was on my deathbed from cvd, lost 30 lbs in 2 weeks, so so many more than that. My husband hasn’t seen our children in 2 years! Or even tried to talk to them. It’s like he got hypnotized by demons. Is this just me? Then today happens and this post. The guy that hit me today was changing lanes and didn’t see me. What am I missing?!
Dear Sarah, After pondering your comment and your question, I hope I can clearify and share what I believe the Lord would say. First, I pointed out in the opening paragraph…what goes on in the spirit is many times a clear picture of what is going on in the natural. I don’t have an answer to your WHY but I have some suggestions and I would be happy to pray with you. If you would like me to pray with you, contact me holmansandi42@gmail.com. Now, first I would say, make sure you have broken any generational curses on both sides of your family that could me at work. Then bind the confusion in Jesus name and apply the finished work of the cross for healing for your daughter. Contact me and I will pray and send you a prayer to apply. I do not think this prophetic teaching is saying this directly applies to your car accident. However, their is an open door that is giving access to the enemy to be this hard at work. Mark 7:20 and he said That which comes out of the man defileth the man
21 For from within out of the heart of men proceed evil thoughts adulteries fornications murders
22 Thefts covetousness wickedness deceit lascivious and evil eye blasphemy pride foolishness
23 All these evil things come from within and defile the man.
Jesus says it is not what goes in but what comes out that defile a man.
Which is why Jesus could walk among sinners and was not fearful that it would affect him and so should we.
