The LORD of Burdens, the Mantle of Weightlessness and Zero-G
One day in 1978, shortly after my oldest son was born, I was taken briefly to heaven.
I do not think this regularly happens to people, so be careful of those who claim that it does.
It happens when God wants a person to experience something so that they may encourage, edify, and comfort The Body of Christ.
As we know, the gospel records that these things do happen.
What I experienced was “weightlessness.” Not as in floating around in space (LOL) but as in “burdens removed. ”
I was suddenly in a place I can only describe as an Atmosphere of an amber or golden colored clouds with a Bright Light shining through it.
I could not make out any details. But what I “felt” was the most amazing part.
Suddenly I felt weightless. Every worry, care, concern, fear, doubt was lifted.
It was pure freedom. We have no idea how much our human flesh bodies and the cares of our mind weigh us down until suddenly it is lifted.
And I felt PURE LOVE, PURE JOY, PURE PEACE. You would never never never want to leave that Place!
I believe it was the Presence of God that I was in. I do not know how long I was there. It could have been seconds, or minutes, or hours.
Time has no relevance in heaven. As The Holy Spirit spoke to me one time, “It is always NOW in My Kingdom!”
Then I heard a very masculine powerful voice speak these words, “It isn’t time yet!” — and I was back in my bed!
That was 47 years ago and I have never forgotten the feelings, the sights, and the Sound of that Voice.
I know it was not a dream, as I have had many dreams. I do not know when, but I know I will hear the words, “It is Time!”
Whether it be death or the coming of Jesus for His Body, I know there is a Time coming when we all will experience this Glory, this WEIGHTLESSNESS, even in our physical bodies.
I believe this is what a Glorified Body will feel like. I tell you this to give you hope.
The LORD wants you to know something else, Child of God.
We need to cast all our cares upon Him now. You were not made to carry the weight of the world upon your shoulders.
That is why Jesus says, “Cast ALL your cares upon Me!
Take off that Heavy Coat of Cares, My Child, and put on My Mantle of Peace.”
And I saw a Child of God wearing a very heavy “Coat of Cares.”
This coat was dark in color and very heavy. They could barely move in it. They had not even realized how heavy it was and how weighed down they were.
And I saw Jesus removing that heavy dark “winter” coat and put on them a mantle of WEIGHTLESSNESS.
Know this, Child of God. These burdens you carry, your worries, fears, and concerns do not belong to you but to Jesus.
He has claimed them and taken them. He has carried them for you at The Cross.
As the people CAST their coats before Jesus as He was riding through Jerusalem, so lay down your “Coat of Care” before Him.
He has Victoriously put the enemy under His Feet. Your burdens are under his Feet and they are under yours! His yoke is easy and His burden is light!
“Beloved, you are carrying burdens, burdens that you were never meant to carry.
I AM the Burden Bearer!
When you release those burdens to Me, I place upon you a Mantle of Peace.
It is WEIGHTLESS, My Child! It is a Divine Exchange!
Come, My Weary One and I will give you rest.
You are clothed in My Garments of Salvation and My Robe of Righteousness.
It is LIGHTER than the air you breathe.
I AM He who carried your griefs and sorrows on The Cross.
It is finished! I AM the triumphant King and all things are under My Feet.
Cast off that Coat of Cares and breathe easy, My Child.
Cast ALL of your cares upon My Strong Shoulders. As you do, My Peace shall flood your mind and heart.
As it is written,”Cast your burden on The LORD, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.” (Psalm 55:22,Isaiah 41:13,Matthew 6:25,Matthew 11:28-29,Philippians 4:6-7,1 Peter 5:7)
Your burdens, the evil works of the enemy are under My Feet, Dear One, and so they are under yours.
You are FREE!
Death no longer reigns in you, sin no longer has dominion.
You are ALIVE and FREE in Christ Jesus your Savior.
I AM The LORD of your burdens! Will you believe this?
BY GRACE, I shall cause you to REIGN in this life as you trust in Me. Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Arise, My Love, and soar once again into the Freedom of the Son.
You are WEIGHTLESS in the Spirit. On earth as it is in Heaven.
The Grace of The LORD Jesus Christ is with you!”
WEIGHTLESSNESS : Weight is a measurement of the force on an object at rest . Weightlessness is complete absence of the sensation of weight, i.e., zero apparent weight. There is no force acting in opposition to the body. It is also termed zero g-force, or zero-g. The state of having or appearing to have no weight; the fact of not being affected by any force. A sensation caused by the absence of contact forces that would push against the body. (Cambridge Dictionary, Science Direct)
CAST : Strong’s G1977: To throw upon; to throw away, throw off: to cast upon, give up to God; to get rid of, discard, shed, to throw to the ground.
THE COLOR GOLD OR AMBER : Amber or Gold is the color of God’s Presence. Gold is the color that everything turns into by being in God’s Presence and Glory. Gold represents the Riches and spoils we get from the enemies our God conquers on our behalf. Gold is the Glory of Heaven: streets of GOLD. GOLD is the color of our inheritance: HIS PRESENCE. The closer one gets to the Throne, the more gold is seen. The highway into the Holy of Holies is clear-as-glass GOLD. (Carol Nemitz, Prophetic Meaning of Colors)
“CASTING all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:7.
“Come unto Me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and you shall find rest unto your souls. For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30.
“The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.” Romans 16:20.
“For not to angels did He subject the world that is coming, of which we are speaking, but someone somewhere has testified, saying, “What is man, that You are mindful of him, or the son of man, that You care for him? You made him a little lower than the angels; You crowned him with glory and honor; You have put in subjection ALL THINGS UNDER HIS FEET.”
For in subjecting all things to him, He left nothing unsubject to him. But at present not yet do we see all things having been subjected to him. But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, because of the suffering of death, having been crowned with glory and with honor, so that by the grace of God He might taste death for everyone.” Hebrews 2:5-9.

My beautiful close friend passed away the same day you left this message for me. I have read it again and again thank you for being sensitive to the spirit of God pray for the family for this is hard on us and the Lord knew.

Thanks so much for sharing this Dearest servant of God. I had a similar experience like yours when I was about 12 years old. I went to bed at night just like every normal child & I just found myself alone been propelled & moving at a very very great speed through a rim like channel or tunnel where my legs or body had no contact with the ground or anything & I was led by a very very bright light ahead. My memory was completely empty as I couldn’t remember anything or any of my family members. I felt weightless or so light to be moving at such great speed without my control & I had no idea where I was going to & what was moving me at such unexplained great speed. Although, I never heard any voice, but I returned to my body in bed been surrounded by my family members & neighbors who were crying that I had died.
I believe God’s Mercy brought me back for a purpose as I now know God’s Mercy is so Great in my life!
I claim your prophetic word on Jesus lifting burdens from a child of God. Thank you once more.
I was praying this morning that the Lord would leave me a word! Thank you so much. I am now in the process of watching my dearest friend go home to glory! It has been very hard on me to see her go. I’m going to miss her, gonna miss all her godly encouragement. I’m gonna miss her text messaging and calls and sisterly love! God knew I needed a word.
