The LORD Wants a Witness! Punch Back! — 11 Comments

  1. It was just a few days ago I had said this very Word and share the scripture to two people I know, “the enemy will try to wear out the saints!  (See Daniel 7:5)”

And YES, we can minister to or edify someone, when we’re in the fire. Even yesterday after church I had the opportunity to do just that; and it amazed me because I actually pushed myself to go to church. Our God knows the opportunity at hand before I knew it and gave me the strength I needed.
Andrew, the Words you post are always timely to share like-minded experiences. Thank you, blessings.

    • Way to push through in His grace Jennifer, you passed that test it sounds like! (“The LORD tests the righteous, AND the wicked…Ps. 11:5a The good news is He’s not condemning His whether we pass or fail, but as we all know- in His higher than our way ways, IF we fail a test, He justs adjusts things a bit to get us to the next one! I keep telling myself I’m about done praying for more “fire”, but every now and then I open my big mouth and He’s faithful. :-)Yes, the anti-Christ isn’t “officially” revealed to all yet, but he’s been around a while. The bigger thing is even though the big suddenlies haven’t hit yet; the spirit of age is highly influencing the increase of darkness in todays age. We guard (Or ask the LORD to help in) guarding our hearts from worldly influence, but it still comes at us. The anti-Christ SPIRIT however, has been at it a long time and while the figurehead hasn’t exposed himself, he’s been shown to many. Yet, that ac spirit is trying very hard to wear us out before He steps on the stage with lights shining on him. God’s grace is sufficient; many of us are weary- but God is allowing what He does, to bring us through and out- to give Himself more Glory for His faithfulness. Wow…We were chosen for this. 2 of my close friends past and present, both received “He’s saving His best wine for last.” Sometimes we don’t feel like we are; but thankfully HE IS the Author and Finisher, and knows what He’s doing. Blessings to you and all the (True) body members who have been and are being shaken, but we know His word says: “to strengthen that which remains.” Thank you Jesus, for who you ARE and what you did for us; the Rock of our Salvation! Andrew

      • Thank you for your response – it could be the reason we don’t feel like we are the best wine, is to keep us humble, and if we ever do, too late pride, we have become like Him.

  2. Good morning, my amazing friend, Andrew! What a way to give your testimony that is so needed in these challenging times we are in. I love that the bottom line is WE WIN and punch line is Stand your ground. Many blessings! In His Love, Sandi

    • Thank you also amazing friend and eternal relative. Praise the Lord, it had been a little while but He dropped a quick one on me, and thankfully helped me type it up! (A few minor mistakes due to my tired flash early in the morning, I’m grateful to all for forgiveness for!) 🙂
Thank you for being available to share all you do, He’s spoken much encouragement and sometimes confirmations, through it. Blessings over the rest of your day and week.
      In His Love,
      A

  3. Your message reminds me of Ecclesiastes. Sometimes I keep on reading it.
Eccelsiates is either written by a seriously backslidden later life Solomon (this is under preached but is true), or of a prophet writing from Solomon’s point of view – depends on how you interpret some sentences. Yet I find the book profoundly helps me with Perspective. You are probably much better than Solomon (obviously), who was busy worshipping idols and betraying his faith, but I do think people could benefit from reading your stuff closely like they could benefit from reading Ecclesiastes often. Ecclesiastes clearly has a healing gift on it.
I did also have a word for you: God will continue improving your writing style and stage delivery if you stick to his amazing plans for your life. Amen.

    • Thank you for that wisdom Adrian, and the word and encouragement. I think I’m going to have to get back into Ecclesiastes tonight!

  4. I so needed this.  Some time ago I failed in witnessing, as I didn’t realize the Lord could use little ole me.  Pray that I do better next time.  I was talking about the Lord, but when this woman started crying, I didn’t know what to do.  I need to be able to hear the Lord.  Thank you brother and Jesus for this.

    • Praise the LORD and thank you Jesus! I love another one of King David’s petitions in Ps 141:3; “Set a guard O LORD, over my mouth; and keep watch over my lips.” When you do that, just trust the Holy Spirit who’s in you!
Remember my sister, like Esther, “little old you” was made for a time such as this!  Blessings!

  5. I’m pleased to say I HAVE shared certain ‘defining’ moments in my life, look forward to the next opportunities, and grateful that doing it online counts as much as in letters or in person.

    • Amen Rebecca, keep the shine on, that’s awesome and yes, He can easily “leverage” our testimonies online and get it to whoever needs to hear it. One day not far off we likely won’t be able to share online anymore or able to , but we work while it’s daylight amen? If we all follow the greatest command, in everything we do or share, He shows himself faithful in and through us! BLESSINGS!
