A Spontaneous Song of The LORD

Several years ago (pre-covid19) I was asked to be a speaker and worship leader at a multi-national Women’s Conference in The Hague in the Netherlands.

There began to be a great disconnect and discomfort among the people hosting the conference, as well as among several different individuals who had come to attend.

Little pockets of competition, insecurity, critical and unkind projections were taking place and also, there were people who were heartbroken and sad that it had turned into a difficult scene.

As I was leading an evening of worship where men were also invited to participate, I was moved by The Holy Spirit to sing a spiritual song, some call this a prophetic song of The LORD, (speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody with your hearts to The LORD; Ephesians 5:19 ) where The Holy Spirit spontaneously ministers words of encouragement, or a word of whatever he would have.

As I was sitting at the piano and waiting on The LORD, this is what was impressed in my spirit to sing over the attendees. It did bring a sense of peace and a clean focus to the rest of the conference.

It is imperative that we walk in unity when we have such gatherings, and that we do not worry about how many come, or concern ourselves about what other people think.

As the Holy Spirit began to minister the strength of the word (and the song was about, ‘there is a language that the kingdom of God speaks’ ) and if we are not speaking that same language, we need to check our hearts. That language is grace.

The recording was raw and live, and then later remixed where a string section music bed was put in behind it. But, everything else was left as it was originally captured.

I hope it ministers to those who listen to what The Spirit of The LORD shared!
