God is revealing hearts

Leaders, you should thank God for spiritual sons and daughters and those whom you mentor and oversee, who won’t allow anyone to try and damage your name and character because they know you and who you are.

Leaders, never try to discredit someone’s leadership, trying to get someone connected to them to come under your leadership, or to make them turn against their leader.

The worst thing a leader can do is try to hurt the one leader who has been there as your friend, and helped to uplift you, when nobody else would. The spirit of jealousy and competition will destroy a relationship.

NOTE: If you are going to lie on someone, make sure it’s not to someone who’s loyal to them. God knows how to protect His anointed, and that includes those who say they are anointed too.

REALTALK: God said He was going to reveal the hearts of people connected to you.

On a personal note, I am truly being shown those who are connected to me in ministry, and I have made decisions concerning some. I know how to disconnect and untangle myself from people without drama strife or arguments.

When you walk in love, they will never know the covenant fellowship or friendship is over, because when you see them, you never change your ways toward them. You yet speak. You can be in the same setting with them and entreat them with respect, but they will not know your spirit is no longer with them. Your heart is disconnected and you no longer have a burden for them.

You don’t have to announce to anyone that you are no longer connected to a person. It’s not necessary to let anyone know verbally. After a while, people will figure it out, when your actions speak louder than words.

God gives us wisdom and I for one use it. When you are mature, you never stoop to childish behavior. Grown people don’t get into fights, debates, or arguments with children. Leaders learn how to let vengeance be The Lord’s and let Him repay, and they keep doing the work of the Kingdom of God!

Major Decisions!

I’m yet hearing the words, MAJOR DECISIONS! The Spirit of The Lord is demanding a response now to His instructions that He has given.

Some are yet dragging their feet, because of these major changes that are required for this next dimension of their lives. Some are even saying that they heard incorrectly, because they don’t want to make the moves and adjustments that are necessary.

Some yet are holding on to things that they have been commanded and warned to let go. Some refuse to change their location, to rearrange their ministry, to disconnect, reconnect or connect, to persons and ministries that are God ordained for this hour in their lives.

Fear is holding many back from making these changes and moves ,because some of the transitions will be extremely major, because to some, God will say, leave everything behind and just leave a city, a state, even a nation.

The sacrifices that will be required in this season are going to be extremely important and some will not be willing to do what The Lord asked them.

The commitment level and dedication dimension, must be very strong and have a deep depth, and your relationship with God has to be so connected, until nothing can cause it to be shaken, in order to walk in obedience in this hour, to the commands and instructions that will be given.

Some of you will use the excuse of being unstable, because of how you will abruptly make moves and changes in your life. Some of you with ministries, will be accused of being awful leaders, because God is going to tell you to place someone over the ministry which you are now over, as He moves you to a different location, to begin a work for a people that have been crying out for help.

Those in leadership positions will now have to definitely do the works of the ministry they have been called into.

No longer will we be allowed to stay in a place of stagnation. It’s time to stand up and do what The Lord has called us to do.

We say: I Give Myself Away So You Can Use Me Lord until He tells us what He wants us to do.

This is the hour of hard decisions and major changes extreme moves and intense instructions and directions. The willingness to please God will outweigh the discomfort of the disconnections from the places things & people in this season.

The realness of obedience is better than sacrifice shall now be made known. This is the hour where we will see where the hearts of the people are at they pertain to their relationship with God!!

I am praying for the people in this season, that they will love God, more than they love the things of the world!!

Multitudes right now are in the Valley of Decisions. I pray you make the right choices.

Some Leaders under a Dictatorship Anointing!

What good is it for you to establish leaders, but yet won’t let them have the ability to walk in leadership?

When you find a leader who wants to control your every move, and even wants to tell you how you should, think RUN!!!

Some of these leaders are walking in a dictatorship anointing.

They will put you in a position, say you have authority in that position, then control every single move you make. Every idea you present will be shot down, because they feel they are the only one that can do anything. They just assign leaders so they can look important.

I’m seeing so many leaders who have leaders, but they are not allowed to do anything in the ministry, but be a cheerleader for the leader!

These leaders will train, teach and ordained people, then won’t allow them to operate in their callings, because of insecurities and jealousy. Then they get upset, when God moves them out, because He won’t allow them to remain under dictatorship any longer.
