Altars, both Divine and demonic, are sort of supernatural ‘power stations’.

Through them men receive and deploy Divine Power or demonic power, thus are powered and empowered. Through Altars, men receive from The Divine or the demonic.

When Zacharias was correctly positioned at The Altar of God, “standing on The Right Side of The Altar of The Incense,” he instantaneously received Good News from Heaven; his prayer was answered.

‘And there appeared to him a messenger of The LORD standing on The Right Side of The Altar of The Incense, and Zacharias, having seen, was troubled, and fear fell on him; and the messenger said to him, “Do not fear, Zacharias, for your supplication was heard, and your wife Elizabeth will bear a son to you, and you will call his name John, and there will be joy to you, and gladness, and many will rejoice at his birth, for he will be great before The LORD, and wine and strong drink he may not drink, and he will be full of The Holy Spirit, even from his mother’s womb” Luke 1:11-15 LSV.

The Holy Spirit noted specifically that Zacharias was “standing on The Right Side of The Altar…” (v.11). That’s not just a reference of situate. It is also figurative.

The child of God must be correctly serving at The Altar to receive from Him.

Altars are indispensable operation centres of supernatural power. They are so crucial that God Himself has “The Golden Altar Which [is] before The Throne” (Revelation 8:3).

Note “before The Throne” in this Scripture. There is a direct correlation between having an altar and reigning. Having dominion.

( Thus, building Altars as Abraham and others did, indicates taking territories — to paraphrase our sister Gabrielle Fuehrer as she shared with me in an email conversation recently. )

Believers who attend to and tend their Altars correctly are powered and empowered by them, and receive from them as happened to Zacharias.

When, as Jesus had commanded them, the about 120 disciples had been at The Altar of God in The Upper Room earnestly seeking Him, suddenly, they received and were powered and empowered by The Holy Spirit on The Day of Pentecost.

And look what Wonders happened that day to themselves and the unbelievers listening to them!

Leviticus 6:12-13 says:

“And The Fire on The Altar shall be kept burning on It; It shall not be put out. And the priest shall burn wood on it every morning, and lay The Burnt Offering in order on It; and he shall burn on It The Fat of The Peace Offerings. A Fire shall always be burning on The Altar; it shall never go out.“

As priests to God (Revelation 1:6), we keep The Fire burning on The Altar through Holy Spirit-led prayer and studying of The Word.

The Word of God is like Fire (Jeremiah 23:29; 20:9).

Your level of dedication and diligence in priestly service at The Altar determines and produces your level of authority from The Altar to overcome and reign with dominion in the earth — both in the natural and in the spiritual.

How much you put into your bank account determines how much you have in/from your bank account. You put in more you get more, you put in less you get less.

As James said, we must give ourselves to Prayer and The Word (Acts 6:2,4).

Those who give themselves to Prayer and The Word (not being hearers only, but doers of The Word), attract Heaven’s Attention and Intervention.

When Cornelius diligently kept at The Altar of Prayer and blessing people with acts of kindness, God sent an Angel to him because of his prayers and kind acts in the community.

“There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of what was called the Italian Regiment, a devout man and one who feared God with all his household, who gave alms generously to the people, and prayed to God always. About the ninth hour of the day he saw clearly in a vision an angel of God coming in and saying to him, “Cornelius!” And when he observed him, he was afraid, and said, “What is it, lord?” So he said to him, “Your prayers and your alms have come up for a memorial before God.” Acts 10:1-4.

Fire from The Altar (supplications, prayers, intercessions, thanksgivings, declarations, decrees, pleading The Blood, Rhema declarations and decrees of The Word, among others) produces wonderful results.

( Rhema is a specific quickening/ Utterance of The Word by The Holy Spirit to you to use for a particular effect.

When we pray with Rhema, we are certain to get results from Heaven.

It is by The Blood and Rhema that we overcome the devil (Revelation 12:11), triumphing over the principalities and powers in The Cross (Colossians 2:14-15) )

Holy Spirit-led Prayer (being Fire from His Altar) has tremendous Power and results!

For example:

• It is cleansing (Isaiah 6:7).
• It is exceedingly powerful with miraculous results.

“Be confessing to one another the trespasses, and be praying for one another, that you may be healed; very strong is a working supplication of a righteous man; Elijah was a similar-feeling man as us, and with prayer he prayed—not to rain, and it did not rain on the land three years and six months; and again he prayed, and the sky gave rain, and the land brought forth her fruit.” James 5:16-18 LSV.

• It releases great earth-quaking, prison foundations-shaking, prison doors-opening and prison chains-losing Power of God to deliver you from any captivity.

“And at midnight Paul and Silas praying, were singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were hearing them, and suddenly a great earthquake came, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken, also all the doors were immediately opened, and of all—the bands were loosed” Acts 16:25-26 LSV.

• It is location-shaking (bringing Divine changes in a place or area), makes one be filled with The Holy Spirit again and again, and releases boldness to act as by God.

“And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with The Holy Spirit, and they spoke The Word of God with boldness.” Acts 4:31.

• It releases Divine Judgment as one speaks with Utterance by The Holy Spirit or acts as directed by Him.

‘Now when they had gone through the island to Paphos, they found a certain sorcerer, a false prophet, a Jew whose name was Bar-Jesus, who was with the proconsul, Sergius Paulus, an intelligent man. This man called for Barnabas and Saul and sought to hear The Word of God. But Elymas the sorcerer (for so his name is translated) withstood them, seeking to turn the proconsul away from The Faith. Then Saul, who also is called Paul, filled with The Holy Spirit, looked intently at him and said, “O full of all deceit and all fraud, you son of the devil, you enemy of All Righteousness, will you not cease perverting The Straight Ways of The LORD? And now, indeed, The Hand of The LORD is upon you, and you shall be blind, not seeing the sun for a time.” And immediately a dark mist fell on him, and he went around seeking someone to lead him by the hand. Then the proconsul believed, when he saw what had been done, being astonished at The Teaching of The LORD.‘ Acts 13:6-12.

“Then the angel took The Censer, filled it with Fire from The Altar, and threw it to the earth. And there were noises, thunderings, lightnings, and an earthquake.” Revelation 8:5.

What Holy Spirit-led Prayer (being Fire from His Altar) can do is endless!

Prayer raises the dead, heals the sick, casts out demons, delivers the oppressed, among other wonderful Works of God.

As The Holy Spirit says in James 5:16, “very strong is a working supplication of a righteous man“.

We attend to and tend The Altar of God through DAILY priestly service such as the below, among others:

• Thanksgiving to God (Psalm 100:4).
• The Word and Prayer, as James noted in Acts 6:2,4.
• Fasting (and Prayer). Fasting is a holy and very important sacrifice at The Altar of God. It is a major way by which we present our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is our reasonable service (Romans 12:1).

Throughout The Bible, fasting involved abstinence from food to seek God, to pray to Him.

The woke ideas and deception by some today of fasting television, chocolate, etc. is a lie from the pit of hell.

Imagine if the people of Nineveh had “fasted” some other things rather than food, would they have met God’s requirement and escape His imminent Judgment on them?

No! They would have been destroyed!

Even their animals fasted too!

So then, would the animals have fasted television and Netflix too then, if it was today?

Fearing God at the preaching of Jonah, the king of Nineveh, “caused it to be proclaimed and published throughout Nineveh by the decree of the king and his nobles, saying, Let neither man nor beast, herd nor flock, taste anything; do not let them eat, or drink water.” (Jonah 3:7).

Jesus said a kind of evil spirits cannot be cast out except by Prayer and Fasting (Matthew 17:21).

Dear one, would your just “fasting” television, social media, etc. suffice in powering and empowering you to cast out demons?

If you walk in that deception and dare casting out the Matthew 17:21 kind of evil spirits, they will whack you like they did the seven sons of Sceva in Acts 19.

The Word of God must not be adjusted to fit spiritual indolence and compromise.

Evil spirits know if you are truly obeying The Word of God or not. Lukewarm Christians are easy prey.

They only fear and obey believers walking in The Truth, repentance and humility — daily seeking, knowing and doing only The Will of God.

Fasting, even by reason of the etymology and linguistics, has to do with abstaining from food (and for married couples, from sex as well by mutual consent) so as to pray and seek God, and was practiced as such by The LORD Jesus Himself, Moses, Paul, and all others who fasted in The Bible.

Yet some today want to change The Word of God to suit their disobedience.

Rightly eliminating distracting and lustful indulgences such as television and Netflix is not fasting. Claiming so is to be “deceiving and being deceived.” (2 Timothy 3:13).

When we fast, the body is denied the sluggishness and dullness of being belly-full, enabling the spirit and the soul to better be attuned to God, spiritually sharper to commune with God.

If you really want to please God, overcome and make it, you have to fast and pray exactly as Jesus did, Moses did, Paul did, others did in The Bible (by abstaining from food) and praying.

Fasting is very holy to God, and should not be profaned with the fads and demonic ideas of the so-called “intermittent fasting” as practiced by some unbelievers. And some children of God are copying the world, profaning the holy Things of God?!

Fasting is not just abstinence from food. It is abstaining from food so as to fervently seek GOD (in prayer, THE WORD, praise and worship, etc.).

Therefore, if one chooses not to eat food for other reasons (not sinful, of course), it is not fasting (and should not be termed so).

Just as being immersed in a body of water for recreational purposes is not baptism. Nor does eating bread with red grape juice for a quick lunch amount to taking The Communion.

Fasting is a specific Spiritual exercise by man before God as commanded by Him in His Word.

It is Holy! It cannot and must not be profaned either in nomenclature or practice.

Those who claim to “fast” television, social media, chocolate, coffee and other indulgences and idolatries they shouldn’t be obsessed with in the first place, please know that it is profane and perverted to think and claim stopping the idolatries as fasting.

Again Fasting, in The Bible, is abstaining from food to pray and seek God; it’s not just food abstinence.

It is Holy, and should not be profaned!

Fear God and do exactly as He says in His Word and by His Spirit.

• Worship and praise (Hebrews 13:15), dancing to The LORD and so on.
• Ensuring enduring Intimacy with The LORD. This is to love The LORD with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength.

“And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.” Jeremiah 29:13.

“Seek YHWH and His Strength, Seek His Face continually.” Psalm 105:4 LSV.

True Intimacy with The LORD involves fully pleasing Him, loving Him above all things — having no affections for anything above Him. Anything loved more than The LORD is idolatry.

Enduring Intimacy with The LORD is by fervently loving and obeying Him, choosing to do only His Will in all things at all times. Yes, choosing to know and do only His Will no matter the cost, no matter what is happening.

Enduring Intimacy with The LORD crucially involves making time for Him, spending dedicated times with Him in prayer, The Word, praises, worship, holy dancing, and even in silence as led by The Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit told me one day: “Practice silence!”

Enduring Intimacy with The LORD requires being continually tuned in to His Voice, being very sensitive to His Desires and Promptings, and being quick to pick what He is saying to you, showing you, requiring of you, and so on, and obeying as instructed.

No matter how busy you are, when The King of kings wants your attention you have to drop everything and turn to Him!

If the president or prime minister of your country wanted to see you, or speak to you immediately, won’t you stop everything and avail yourself?

How much more The King of the whole earth — The Owner and The Creator of all things?!

Many believers miss God daily by not paying attention to Him and His beckoning them through very simple but notable noticeable means.

When You stop to give The LORD all attention, He will do what He wants for you, and through you for others.

While at work, Moses saw something by The LORD and instantly paid rapt attention.

Then Moses said, “I will now turn aside and see this great sight, why the bush does not burn.” (Exodus 3:3).

When he stopped to give God full attention, He dramatically changed his life forever. The Lord spoke to him and revealed his great destiny to him.

In giving a simple but dedicated attention to God, Moses’ life was dramatically changed, suddenly made a great man — one of the greatest men ever.

Is The LORD drawing your attention, speaking to you to get your attention, and change your life gloriously but you are not listening?

The LORD loves to hear us talk to Him, interact with Him, seek Him for Who He is, meditate on Him: His Love, His Greatness, His Goodness, His Faithfulness, His Power, all that He is and has — all things are His! He created heaven and earth and the sea and all that is in them.

Seek first The Kingdom of God and His Righteousness. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for Righteousness, for they shall be filled.

• Depending on The Holy Spirit and obeying Him promptly. Hence The Word says to not grieve The Holy Spirit, to not quench The Holy Spirit. He is The Fire on The Altar. Our God is A Consuming Fire (Hebrews 12:29).

True prayers therefore are Releases of Fire that The Holy Spirit gives us of Himself (Romans 8:26-27) as we depend on Him, yielded to Him.

We must ALWAYS pray from The Altar, not from ourselves or anywhere else.

God surely answers Holy Spirit-led prayers.

• Using The Blood of Jesus

It is important to understand the spiritual importance of blood.

The most powerful means to activate altars is through blood sacrifice (Leviticus 17:11).

This is why Satan causes his children to do animal sacrifice, and human sacrifice through murders (including abortions!), accidents, deaths, etc.

( Speaking of abortions, the so-called Planned Parenthood and other abortion clinics are major demonic altars, sacrificing innocent blood (children in the womb) to Satan. )

The more blood spilled the more the devil/ the demonic is powered and empowered.

Animal blood? Potent. Human blood? Powerful. The Blood of God? MOST and ALL POWERFUL!

The Greatest and ALL POWERFUL Altar in the universe is The Cross — The Altar of Golgotha, The Altar of Calvary.

The Cross of Christ affects both Heaven and earth.

That’s why we readily enter The Holiest by The Blood of Jesus (Hebrews 10:19) and easily overcome the devil by The Blood of The Lamb and by The Word of our Testimony. We overcome at The Altar. (Revelation 12:11).

For all our treacherous transgression against God, as soon as our Mediator, The LORD Jesus Christ, entered The Most Holy Place with His Own BLOOD on our behalf having obtained Eternal Redemption (Hebrews 9:12), God The Judge of All granted us remission of sins immediately.

It’s quite like a man on death-row, awaiting the day of his execution.

Then surprisingly, his respected, blameless lawyer, and the only son of the trial judge, offered and took the death penalty for the convicted criminal!

In our case however, our Lawyer, our “Advocate with The Father, Jesus Christ The Righteous” (1 John 2:1) rose from the dead and lives forever. Hallelu-YAH!

Events in the earth, all matters of life — good or evil, success or failure are a battle of Altars: Divine vs. demonic.

You see then that before sending Gideon into battle, The LORD had commanded him to tear down the altar of baal his father had built, and to raise an Altar to The LORD instead (Judges 6:25-26).

When Gideon did so, he and his people triumphantly defeated the Midianites who had greatly troubled and plundered them for generations.

The altar of baal by his father was enabling the enemy against the whole community.

A major reason many believers are much troubled, plundered and defeated in various areas of life, are the many demonic altars in their lives: personal, parental, ancestral and other unGodly altars.

Ask The LORD to show you demonic altars in your life. By repentance and prayer led by The Holy Spirit, root out and pull them down, destroy and overthrow them, and in place build and plant The Altar of God: The Cross of Christ, through priestly service to The LORD such as discussed above.

Demonic altars are built through sin — the works of the flesh such as: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry (including food, TV, social media indulgences), sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries (Galatians 5:19-21). Also, bad habits, wrong eating (gluttony, food dependence like coffee addiction, comfort eating, bulimia, etc.), and other unGODliness and unRighteousness of men.

Elijah likewise had to first undo the demonic, repaired The Altar of The LORD which had broken down, then prayed to The LORD at that Altar.

When he did all those things according to The Word of The LORD, He both sent Fire and Rain respectively in answer to Elijah’s fervent prayers of Faith. (1 Kings 18:25-38).

Fire and Rain represent The Holy Spirit.

Similarly, in 1 Kings 13, a man of God sent by The LORD had prophesied against the altar in Bethel (a very demonic altar), and it was immediately split apart and the ashes poured out.

King Jeroboam was standing at the altar at that very moment to burn incense.

When King Jeroboam heard the saying of the man of God, who cried out against the altar in Bethel, he stretched out his hand from the altar, saying, “Arrest him!” Then his hand, which he stretched out toward him, withered, so that he could not pull it back to himself. (v.4).

Thus, when the demonic altar was first destroyed by Holy Spirit-led declarations, the attempted attack by the enemy against the man of God backfired on him.

When you pull down demonic altars, you cut off the power of Satan. But you must then build The Altar of God through Holy Spirit-led priestly service (such as discussed above).

On 31 October 2025, being ‘halloween night’ (the night of highest witchcraft in all the earth, by which the devil the thief comes to steal, kill and destroy as Jesus said in John 10:10), I was in fiery powerful prayers to break demonic altars and immobilise, disable and utterly destroy all witchcraft against my life, my family, residential area, the nation and elsewhere in the earth as according to Luke 9:1; 10:19; Ephesians 3:10; Jeremiah 1:10.

As I had been instructed by The Father some days earlier when seeking Him as to what to do on the day, after praying in my dwelling in the night for hours till about 2:30am, I moved into the community, walking for miles, praying and making warfare declarations and decrees along specific streets and areas The Father had shown me in my mind earlier in the week.

The Holy Spirit gave me some very wonderful experiences and blessings through it all. Very AMAZING and exciting.

I eventually got back home at 4:23am.

If we don’t destroy the demonic, and then build and plant The Divine in place (Jeremiah 1:10), evil stays and spreads, as fast happening in the world.

And above all, this was why Jesus first shed His Blood unto death before He could deliver us from death.

Whenever you use The Blood of Jesus in prayer and praise, declarations and decrees, The Communion, and by other Biblical, Holy Spirit-led means, you invoke and deploy The Altar of God (The Cross) and The Sacrifice of Christ thereon for certain victory over Satan (Leviticus 17:11; 1 Corinthians 11:26; Revelation 12:11).

For The Word of The Cross is The POWER of God! Hallelu-YAH! (1 Corinthians 1:18; Romans 1:16).

To use The Blood is to deploy ALL of God in our warfare.

Do you know what Jesus means to us?

ALL OF GOD!!!!!!!

For in Him dwells ALL The Fullness of The Godhead Bodily, and His Life is in His Blood (Colossians 2:9; Leviticus 17:11).

When used in Faith therefore, The Precious Blood of Christ gets the devil and his fellow evil cowards scurrying, struck down and destroyed. Easily!

Put all Faith in The Blood and appropriate It fully and often for victory in any matter at anytime.

Attend to The Altar of God diligently with dedication, and you will overcome the enemy at The Altar.

Prayer

The following is a prayer I pray daily to destroy demonic altars and build The Altar of God in place:

In The Name of Jesus Christ, according 1 Kings 13:3-5, I command the altar of Satan, yes, the altar of baal — every satanic altar split apart and the ashes poured out, and every hand stretched out from the altar against me, my life, my destiny, my blessings, my prosperity, my abundance and provision, my riches and honour from God, my wealth and riches, my seed, our health, my wife, our marriage and our children, my senses, my brain and mind, my Knowledge of God and of Jesus Christ our Lord, my Knowledge of The Truth, my wife and our children’s senses, brain and mind, and Knowledge of The Truth, and all other things that pertain to life and GODliness concerning us, I command the said hand withered!
And all things stolen from me, all my things from God (my every spiritual blessing; my every good gift and every perfect gift) taken captive, I command released and restored to me immediately by The Blood of Jesus, by His Right Hand, His Arm and The Light of His Countenance!
For when He ascended on High He led captivity captive and gave Gifts to men.

In Jesus’ Name, oh Lord, by Your Right Hand that crushes the enemy, I violently tear down, destroy, overthrow and break down the altar of Satan — the altar of baal, and in place, I raise An Altar to The LORD according to Judges 6:25-26 — The Altar of Golgotha, The Altar of Calvary: The Cross of Christ (Leviticus 17:11; Hebrews 9:26; 10:10).
For I proclaim The LORD’s Death till He comes. For I have been crucified with Christ. For I present my body a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is my reasonable service.

Yes, by Your Right Hand that crushes the enemy, I command the altar of Satan, the altar of baal — every satanic altar split apart and the ashes poured out, and every hand stretched out from the altar against me, my life, my wife and our marriage, our children, our health, my wealth, and all other things concerning me, I command the said hand WITHERED by The Fire of The Holy Spirit!
In The Name of Jesus Christ, I pray The Blood of Jesus to seize you! I pray The Blood of Jesus to seize you! I pray The Blood of Jesus to seize you!

Jacob, an apostle of JESUS CHRIST by The Will of GOD, according to The Promise of Life Which is in CHRIST JESUS, (2 Timothy 1:1).
Like John, I like to put my head to The Heart of JESUS so as to know and do His Will always. What’s in His Heart is what matters now and FOREVER. His Heart’s Desire is my only desire. My will is to do His Will.
As John was, I am the disciple whom JESUS loves. And like Paul, I am “the prisoner of CHRIST JESUS” (Ephesians 3:1) for His Purpose forever: to obey Him always.
NB. Surely, the disciple whom JESUS loves and “the prisoner of CHRIST JESUS”, like ALL The Promises of GOD, are available to every believer to obtain, just as John and Paul did.
“And having been perfected, He [JESUS] became The Author of Eternal Salvation to all who obey Him,” Hebrews 5:9.
