I had a Vision one morning, it was a while back now.

I was in a Church I had visited the previous day, but I was not able to enter as it was locked.

This was a Church in decline, despite having only been built a few short years ago.

In my Vision, I walked into the building. I almost gasped as there before me was a beautiful well, full to overflowing with Clear Water.

I was delighted and started to wade in. I only took one step in and was up to my waist in water. It was fine and felt good, very good.

I took another step and was under water! Still the water was wonderful. I could walk around and do everything normally.

But suddenly, I realised that I couldn’t breathe — I was drowning!

I started to struggle and, to my great relief, the people I was with took action.

They could see nothing of the well, nor of me under the water. All they could see was me writhing about and struggling to get up — or so it seemed to them.

I came back out of the Vision and wondered what it was all about.

The LORD showed me that it was a COUNTERFEIT WELL!

Good people who had been raised up in that place had left, because they felt they were ‘drowning’ — they could no longer take the ‘anointing’ and actually fled from it — although they really found another Church to go to.

In this way, this Church, with so much raw potential, had been almost snuffed out by the enemy.

I also felt urged to tell the current people to investigate the history of the site as it appeared to have blood and the stench of death all around it which needs to be broken and cast off — back where it came from.

The LORD showed me that what they need to do is to break that counterfeit and uncover God’s genuine Well, underneath the false one.

That way, they will begin to release The Living Water, and realise the potential of that Church in that place.

They will discover why The LORD put a Church right there and its purpose.

“So Lord, there is a deeper purpose here, isn’t there?”

This is what The LORD said, “There are many COUNTERFEITS the enemy has planted and is continuing to plant.

They are always to deprive you of that which I have planned for you and to rob you of your authority in Me.

There are many counterfeit wells, built over My Wells, that need to be broken to uncover My Well underneath.

If My People are diligent and careful in their seeking of Me, then I will lead them to discover and uncover the counterfeit and replace it with My genuine things.

It’s not just Wells — for there is a counterfeit for every spiritual gift and it will need great discernment to uncover the false and replace it with the real.

This coming season will be the completion of the separation of wheat and tares, the true and the false.

If My People use the discernment I give them, all will be well.

Do not allow the enemy to rob you with his counterfeits!

The enemy is trying to counterfeit everything good with his own demonic replicas!”

There are many counterfeit things sent by Satan to deceive the elect of God!

Counterfeit healings, Counterfeit miracles, Counterfeit deliverance, Counterfeit tongues, Counterfeit wells, Counterfeit everything including revival — anything to stop God’s People fulfilling their destiny, and reaching their potential. Keep your spiritual armour on, your aerial up, and pray continuously about all things.

The counterfeit is designed solely to divert and re-route us towards hell and away from heaven.
