Warning: Who is Speaking Over and Into Your Life?
Be very careful of who claim to prophecy into or over your lives — and especially if they claim to see something bad about to happen to you, and don’t immediately pray against it!
Be cautious when someone immediately speaks death or curse over your dreams — that you might share with them without discernment or confirmation from The Holy Spirit.
Prophetic Ministry should edify, warn in wisdom, not instill fear or condemnation.
Many of them sound good but they’re not of God some people started off genuine, truly anointed by God, but became corrupted due to pride, ambition, mixture, and opening doors to familiar spirits or flattery.
Others were never sent by God at all, yet operate with charisma, charisma that fools the undiscerning.
That’s why the Bible says: “By their fruits you shall know them!” (Matthew 7:16)
Not by their gifts, their followers, or their prophetic accuracy — but their fruit (character, humility, repentance, truth, love, righteousness).
They don’t pray against what they claim to see — because they want to see it manifest!
That’s how you know they operate like witches or sorcerers.
True Prophets intercede, not gloat. They weep, fast, and stand in the gap, even when God shows them judgment.
A false or fallen vessel: Speaks doom without calling for repentance; delights in being “right” rather than being a watchman; plants fear, control, manipulation; uses revelation as a weapon, not as a tool for healing and truth!

Thank you that is very helpful. I’ve wondered about some words that
(some) prophetic type people have spoken and declared to myself and others.
