What’s Age Got to Do with it?

Age, sex, tribe, or tongue?

A recent revelation from The LORD…..

In the Welsh revival, in 1904, Evan Roberts was just 26 when it started. His two lieutenants, Dan Roberts and Sydney Evans, were just 20 years old.

What a mighty harvest these three humble, committed young men reaped for the Kingdom of God!

I marveled at this, because in 1904, younger people were expected to mind their manners and defer to the older folk. They were definitely not expected to lead Revivals or other moves of God!

So I asked The LORD about it — why? How?

His first Words were, “What’s age got to do with it?

In fact, what’s age got to do with anything?

There’s no such thing as ‘too young’ or ‘too old’ in the Kingdom!

If a person or child is Anointed, then I have a purpose for them: an Assignment!

Don’t say, ‘Who are you?’ before you have heard them speak or weighed their words.

Did I not use Jeremiah as a very young man?

Reputation is man’s opinion, not mine!

Did I not use Moses and Joshua for years after their 80th birthday?

Did I not use Deborah to lead the Israelites into battle?” says The LORD.

“There is no discrimination by age or sex in the Kingdom! Doesn’t My Word say, ‘There is neither Jew nor Greek, neither slave nor free, neither male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.’” Galatians 3:28.

The LORD continued, “Did I not anoint even the children of the Huguenots to Prophesy and to Preach?

Have I not today anointed young people from ten-years old to preach, to prophesy, to decree and declare My Word to people everywhere, either in person or via technology and social media?”

The LORD is bringing about an all-generation army of people — from very young to very old, both male and female, from every tribe, tongue and creed as His Remnant Army.

Yes, a Remnant Army has been gathering for some time now, but The LORD is now refining it — as He had Gideon refine his large army, in Judges 6-8 — with the purpose of leading this coming, almost upon us, Revival!

As with Gideon, The LORD will appoint and anoint His Remnant.

It won’t be a volunteer or self-appointed Army, but one chosen by The LORD Himself, based upon his criteria alone!

Stand by for call up!

As did Gideon before us, The LORD will use this relatively small Army to scatter and defeat the enemy currently surrounding and threatening us.

It will both bring and give great glory to God in preparation for what will follow!
