You Stir Me!
A psalm to praise and sing to God, out loud.
You Stir Me!
Before the dawn arrives
You stir my soul from its night slumber
I am up early before the sun lightens the horizon—
Before the first rooster crows
My wonder is in You
And I give thanks—
Thanks greater in multitude
Than the stars shining above.
With the ever increasing light of day,
Those stars in the heavens fade
Yet my gratitude faithfully remains
My heart resting in Your Goodness
Good morning
Good morning
Good morning!
For I shall rejoice in You!
Good morning
Good morning
Good morning!
To You I sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving
And declare Your Works with rejoicing!
O GOD, my heart is steadfast:
I will sing and give praise, even with my glory.
Awake, lute and harp!
I will awaken the dawn,
I will praise You, O LORD, among the peoples
And I will sing praises to You among the nations
For Your Mercy is great above the heavens
And Your Truth reaches to the clouds.
Good morning
Good morning
Good morning!
For I shall rejoice in You!
Good morning
Good morning
Good morning!
To You I sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving
And declare Your Works with rejoicing!
Oh, Your Cheeks are so rosy
Blushing, they glow
Oh, Your Voice is so sweet
Tenderness, it speaks
Oh, Your SPIRIT is so faithful
Peaceful, it soothes my soul
Your Dawn is painted majestically across the sky
With Your Chariot blazing by….
You stir me Into a deep worship of You
Oh, that men would give thanks to The LORD
For His Goodness and His Wonderful Works
To the children of men…
Good morning
Good morning
Good morning!
For I shall rejoice in You!
Good morning
Good morning
Good morning!
To You I sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving
And declare Your Works with rejoicing!
You sing to me
Your Love fills me
My spirit lifts
My soul rejoices
Oh, my whole being marvels at Your Lovingkindness
Oh, You stir me
Bringing me to a place I never want to leave!
Be exalted O GOD, above the heavens
And Your Glory above all the earth
Oh, that men would give thanks to The LORD
For His Goodness and His Wonderful Works
To the children of men…
O GOD, I give thanks to You always
In Your Goodness my thoughts rest
And my utterances Holy:
Proclaiming Your Great Works and Blessings
That You do for me unfailingly
Good morning
Good morning
Good morning!
For I shall rejoice in You!
Good morning
Good morning
Good morning!
To You I sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving
And declare Your Works with rejoicing!
Oh, that men would give thanks to The LORD
For His Goodness and His Wonderful Works
To the children of men…
You stir my heart, O GOD….
With the coming dawn
With Your Mercies anew
Whoever is wise will observe these things
And they will understand the Lovingkindness of The LORD
And their hearts will stir also
And they will give thanks to You
For Your Goodness and Wonderful Works
To the children of men…

“Let everything that has breath praise The LORD.” Psalm 150:6.

So Beautiful and so True – “You stir me Into a deep worship of You.”
