Let’s Stop the Hypocrisy!

In recent months, we’ve all witnessed a Tsunami Wave of exposure surrounding Spiritual Abuse within the Prophetic Movement….
And make no mistake, I’m so thankful to The LORD for the courageous Men and Women who have and continue to stand on the front-lines sounding the alarm, and who labor with honesty and Integrity to protect the Innocent and care for the survivors of Spiritual Abuse.
But today, I feel compelled to confront something else — the Utter Hypocrisy of some Leaders.
There are Leaders now adding their voices to these conversations, questioning “Where was the discernment?”
…and yet, I know many of them who were once the very ones promoting — even platforming, publishing and defending these same individuals now being exposed!
Talk is cheap and It’s easy to speak up now after the fact!
It’s suddenly convenient to distance themselves when the tide turns and God moves…
But let’s be real — true Leadership Accountability doesn’t start when exposures start to happen — it starts with honesty about the role Leaders played, before the covers were pulled back!
We cannot now question “Where was the discernment?” — while ignoring our own lack of it in Seasons Past, because at the time it helped to feather our own nests and gave us a foot up on the Ministry rungs.
God forgive us!
We cannot honestly, before God, demand Accountability from others while refusing to take responsibility ourselves for the part we played in helping elevate and even promote these same people!
If we are truly serious about Church Reform — then let it begin with True Humility and True Repentance.
And with The TRUTH — and not a selective memory!
The Bible says, ”There is NOW No Condemnation” (Romans 8:1) — so this is not about Condemning — but it’s about Integrity!
Friends, real change starts when we are willing to stand in the light and own our part, and walk in genuine Accountability before God!
Here is a post I read by a friend Jackie Duvall, and my Response:
And Quote:
“ A church in my area had the church kids and young adults (and other adults) looking for dead baby bones on the property because of a “prophetic word” from an out of town “prophet.”
What in the world????
The prophetic movement needs to be restored to what it originally was intended for.
God help us!!! “
My Response:
” …I’m honestly more amazed at the Leaders who once couldn’t get enough of this particular Lady… when she was filling out Conferences and drawing massive Crowds and gaining Global attention for her gift and large personality.
They signed Book deals with her,… they published her content and promoted her on every one of their platforms.
..Those same Leaders are NOW the loudest Voices pointing fingers…. distancing themselves and acting shocked by what’s been exposed.
The hypocrisy is staggering…. and disgusting.
And I’m not speaking from a distance… I’ve seen this firsthand…. I’ve been in the closed meetings and seen it all happen. I warned about things for a long time even went to these same Leaders who then rejected me and called me a trouble maker.
…I know exactly who these Leaders are…and Yes!…they are the same ones now asking, “Where was the discernment?” when clearly, they themselves lacked it…
Because they were too busy benefiting from the momentum of someone’s gifting without seriously weighing their godly Character.
At some point… we need to drop the false humility act…
..And Let’s stop the hypocrisy and start being honest…!!
God is Exposing all this utter garbage in the Church on every level and there can be no doubt that He will not settle for anything less than Purity in the Prophetic. “
Blessings to you all.

Well said.
God Is Holy.
Repentance is a gift.
Leaders, open it sooner rather than later.
It is not beyond God in 2026 to open the earth and swallow hypocrites and the rebellious.
Remember Dathan??
God is the same yesterday, today and forever.
It is written.
Amen I was thinking this morning about all the “bubblegum/generic words” given all the time. God is a precise God & gives words that directly talk to the person….
Absolutely…
Those with true discernment and purity of heart have often been recected and scorned, as we see in Jeus‘ and his followers lives, dear Veronika.
A necessary word and rebuke!. We shall not judge but judge rightly and adress sin in the church, as prophets of OT and NT times demonstrated.
