Until We All Are One
Today I want to talk some about the recorded prayer of Jesus as written in John 17, and emphasize one of His main points in his prayer: “That they be ONE, AS WE ARE”.
“……. I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.” John 17:11b.
And he went on to Pray:
“That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.” John 17:21-23.
The heart cry of our LORD was clearly for all of His People [those whom he and saved from out of the World; those whom the Father had given Him], that they all be perfectly one with no divisions.
Unified and perfectly joined together.
The LORD knew that when the onlooking World of lost men saw this Oneness and Unity that they would “Know that the Father had sent Him into the World and in their knowing they would realize just how much He does love them.”
I truly believe and know that Jesus’ Prayer will be answered and someday all His, will become One for the World to see.
Would it not stop the mouth of the devil from talking and calling The LORD bad names and causing God’s People from looking bad and even evil?
Certainly the enemy has taken up the evil plan to bring down the “Goodness of and Love” of God, and then paint Him to be a bad and evil God as well as all His People.
One of the greatest of Satan’s blight against God is the lack Unity of His Family.
The World has seen the division of God and His People, and thought they do not wish to be part of it, they have turned them away from the Faith.
But, how can there be any real Unity in The Body of Christ as long as they are not yet fully together?
As long as men are unloving to each other, how can one fully see the fact that God IS LOVE?
“And this is his commandment, that we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.” 1 John 3:23.
So we begin to understand — and I point out to say “We Begin to Understand” — when all begin to truly walk in One Love for each other and for God.
The Scriptures tell us that God is Love. (1 John 4:7-12)
How can the unconverted World truly understand His Love, as long as men who profess to be born of God show no Love for each other?
Thus the sly old devil takes up this lack of Love and builds upon it that there is no loving God, thus turning men away in sin.
It is sad to say as well that the way “Professing Believers” treat each other is clearly seen in their actions to each other.
So Jesus prayed for all His People be One in Love for Him and each other. When men truly love, then the world see God’s Love clearly.
Thus The LORD did pray for all men to become ONE and Love each other and Him the same way the Father loved Jesus and Jesus Loved the Father.
In the day that this kind of Love is seen clearly then men will truly become even Like God and will understand.
That day IS COMING, and coming quickly as we see the end approaching.

I have posted this teaching Word in obedience to my Holy Spirit Teacher. LORD help us all become ONE and Love each other even as Jesus Loves us.
