• I DECREE that God is merciful and He is restoring the heart of America to its roots.
• I DECLARE that God is opening up the hearts of the Jewish people in Israel to see truth in action and those with hearts of stone will know the truth about their LORD and Savior and watch history in action.
• I DECREE and DECLARE that Hearts are being exposed and opened to receive truth and hope for tomorrow.
• I DECREE that The LORD is increasing supernatural Encounters, Dreams and Visions to His Chosen as we pass through America’s 250^th Year Celebration.
• I DECLARE that God is strengthening the hearts of His people and connecting them with divine connections to treasure community once again and give generously as they spur one another on in love.
• I DECREE and DECLARE that gates, doors and new portals are opening as we continue in the best of times and the worst of times.
• I DECREE that in this past season, many became double-minded and confused with emotional entanglements, losses, and disappointments they never expected.
• “I DECLARE that I have a Redemptive Plan on the horizon for America that shall soon be revealed as those willing receive the renewal and refreshing that only comes as a result of an undivided heart.
• I DECREE and DECLARE that a new Door of Understanding shall open for those whose ears were dull of hearing whose eyes were closed and blind to The TRUTH and to the many who lost the presence of The Holy Spirit as they were seeing through eyes of the flesh and turning a deaf ear to the truth they once held dear.
• I DECREE that Heaven’s Light is now shining into the darkness and exposing all the mind-games taking place over the media, newspapers, and the politics in America and many nations.
• I DECLARE that I, The LORD, AM exposing the love of money in many unexpected ways for it is the root of all evil.  Many shall come to the knowledge of truth that it is a form of coveting and desiring control with a self-serving heart.  Money brings contentment for a season but cannot produce a heart of peace and understanding.
• I DECREE and DECLARE that The LORD is opening the eyes of those who have lived in the fear of lack and fear of speaking TRUTH.  They shall no longer bow their knee and submit with fearful hearts but they shall know the truth and the truth shall set them free to choose LIFE.
• I DECREE that I AM the Great I AM and I AM now aligning, defining, and refining where the enemy brought alienation, division, and strife.
• I DECLARE that this has been a time of clashing of swords and self-serving but we are entering a new day when selfless serving will be increasing as we receive strength to take away weakness.
• I DECREE and DECLARE that as their eyes are being opened, many are coming into a time of Repentance with a desire to remove sin from their lives and to walk in Holiness and Honor of God.  You shall begin to see that the heart of America is being renewed as God’s people are being awakened and are now recognizing the enemy in this hour.
• I DECREE that My Chosen are weathering the storms as they pray with Humility and Hope in their hearts taking up the shield of Faith to stand firm despite the delays, detours and bumps in the road.
• I DECLARE that America shall be great again, for I AM now getting to the heart of the matter of control and witchcraft, and I AM renewing true heart values to be totally restored.
• I DECREE and DECLARE that I AM The LORD of all and I AM speaking to my precious Remnant that they must recognize there is a time for everything and I AM stirring their hearts to be Intentional and give their best as they take time to enter into My rest.
• I DECREE in the 8^th month, new beginnings shall spring forth and many Warriors shall break forth singing ‘Sweet Land of Liberty’ as they begin marching to the tune of a different drummer to Victory.
• I DECLARE that I have a redemptive plan on the horizon for America that shall soon be revealed as those willing receive the renewal and refreshing that only comes as a result of an undivided heart.
• I DECREE and DECLARE that a mighty move of The Fear of The LORD shall begin in America and many other nations and freedom from bondage shall release the three-fold cord from heaven of Wisdom, Truth and Freedom says The LORD of all.  You shall step into your places begin to speak Words with Third Heaven Authority as true prophesied Revival breaks out flowing like a river bringing NEW LIFE, REDEMPTION and HEALING for all.”

Sandi Holman of Matters of the Heart website was called to The Nations as an End-Time Handmaiden in 1984 and served on staff with YWAM Singapore and YWAM Charlotte in missions.  She later experienced a Divine Encounter with The LORD when He came into her Prayer Room and said, “I have come to put a sword in your hand and was given special instructions on how and when to use it.”  Sandi is now an Author, Prophetic Intercessor, Seer, Chaplain, Teacher, Speaker, Counselor, Blogger who has also served as an Online Pastor and an Interim Pastor for a Mennonite Church.
